Not a minute went by until Jessica came to help which she knows the names and birthdays if everyone I pick up for. It means so much when the team takes time to help and not just treat you like a number. After she came to help, John, the manager came up and told her he would take care of me because she was in the middle of doing something. He has not been there long but he knew my name! I definitely wouldn't want to get my prescriptions anywhere else! This team is wonderful!!”

My future spouse, who had transferred most of his numerous scrips to Walmart, for better service, recently transferred them back to Kroger. The line of disgruntled customers has disappeared; prescriptions are ready as promised; and the pharmacists and techs are caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite.”
