“Great prices and less busy than the Walmart super center. No pick up option and the benefit is that you don't have to fight your way past the employees that are shopping for pick up orders. Easy to get in and out, plenty of registers open.”

If you see something- buy it, don't count on it being there the next time you come. Frequently, long check out lines, but they are pretty quick at getting you through.”

“When I got there, right away Jessica greeted me and said they would be right with me. Not a minute went by until Jessica came to help which she knows the names and birthdays if everyone I pick up for. It means so much when the team takes time to help and not just treat you like a number. After she came to help, John, the manager came up and told her he would take care of me because she was in the middle of doing something. He has not been there long but he knew my name! I definitely wouldn't want to get my prescriptions anywhere else! This team is wonderful!!”

“After a few years of what many considered to be the worst pharmacy in Harrisonburg, I must say that over the past several months it has become our favorite again! My future spouse, who had transferred most of his numerous scrips to Walmart, for better service, recently transferred them back to Kroger. The line of disgruntled customers has disappeared; prescriptions are ready as promised; and the pharmacists and techs are caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite.”

“I don’t really understand all of the terrible reviews on here. They’ve always picked up the phone for me and the checkout process has always been prompt and efficient. No one’s ever been particularly rude to me either, but maybe it’s because I always walk into the CVS instead of doing the drive thru. Anyway, I have a good experience here and this has been my pharmacy for 5 years.”
