Displease with the store, I have bought reptiles from this store in the past and was able to handle them to get a feel for its temperament was. Today I was prepared to spend $500+ on a couple reptiles and supplies for them but upon asking to see them was told “we don’t really allow handling”. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. Because I’m a firm believer to tell if it will suit you, you must be able to hold/handle them. If your employees were scared of touching it then say so because I would have handled it for them.

If you have a large gentle elderly dog that needs grooming I would not recommend petco. I was very disappointed after making an appointment for grooming online because they didn't answer the phone and making the trip to Harrisonburg to find out they could not work with her basically because she needed assistance and due to their policies I could not help. Ghandi said a nation can be judged by the way it treats their animals. So can Petco!! I am talking about an 88 y/o woman with an 11 y/o golgen retriever who just wanted to get her dog groomed.

My husband, 65 years old, passed 4 people in your store, no carts available because they were all out in the parking lot, no other customers in the store, all the while lugging around a 30 lb bag of dog food over his shoulder while NO ONE bothered to help him. Disgusting. We will give our money to Chewy from this point on. So sad.

I had a great experience at Petco. The store was clean and well-organized with a wide selection of pet supplies. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding the best food and toys for my furbabies. Highly recommended for pet owners.

There was a 3 y/o female cat in there for adoption named Porsche and if that isn't the silliest and cutest name for a cat I wouldn't know what is. I loved Porsche.
We got cat food and very litter for our kitties for a decent price. Been here a couple times and some of the prices are super high but things like cat litter and food aren't so bad if you're a member (free membership).
I'll never forget you, Porsche.

I was looking for some cat food in my favorite brand and found just what I was looking for to try on my finicky boy. It was easy to find and he likes it. My checkout went very well. The clerk was friendly, efficient and polite.

We just recently got a puppy. She's a miniature schnauzer took her to get groomed. Rachel was her groomer whose personality is wonderful. She was very good with Lady. She explained everything to us that would be done and how they took their time as not to stress Lady since it was her first time being groomed and they want her comfortable and not stressed. Rachel was excellent and we have already scheduled to take Lady back to Rachel. The other groomers working that day seemed nice as well.

Lady up front was super rude and would not help us with getting crickets. There was no one in the back to help with the crickets. I have never had this issue before at this petco idk what her attitude issue was for.
