Perfect Touch did a great job!! After getting some bad advice on what to use on my car, my black paint was swirled and smeared. It looked terrible in the sun. I went several places in Harrisonburg and no one wanted to touch it since it was a black vehicle. Thankfully Perfect Touch stepped up and corrected my paint to its original beauty. They also restored my trim and I couldn’t be happier. Easy to talk to and trustworthy. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent work! Ms. Pearl is really out here pearling now!! When I say spotless, just that. No more funky smells, either. Keep in mind this ol' lady is 11 years old. She looks brand new now. I will definitely be back and always give the referral for this business.

I paid $275 for a shampooing inside, detailed cleaning outside, when I initially called I was told that my carpets will be shampooed, a hole was ripped into my trunk carpet and I know it wasn’t there because I am very meticulous about my vehicle and I checked every part because I took everything out before coming and took it to the car wash the day before. The bottom grill was not cleaned at all. They did a good job vacuuming but again I went to the car wash and most of the car was cleaned so the work can be pretty smooth for these guys, he had a car to clean from the day before so I feel as though my car was pushed aside for them to finish the job that needed to be done and they only really wiped it down. My car was with them for over 8 hours and white horse could’ve done it for the work I’ve seen. I appreciate the work that was done but I ran my fingers across multiple parts and it was dirt like my fingers were black from the dirt. I have seen detailing work done and I have also had detailing work done and this was not up to par at all. I think they got over one me and I don’t feel valued as a customer. Be very careful when placing your money in the hands of people that don’t value you or your vehicle. I hope I am the last person this happens to.
