“I purchased a 2004 Lincoln town car from Bob Wade earlier this week. Every step of the process was wonderful from start to end. Chris, my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and was an excellent communicator without being pushy like a lot of salespeople will be. My finance person, Jaime was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Keith, who came and picked me up 30 minutes away from the dealership was also very nice to talk to. Bob Wade went the extra mile to do some repairs on the car before I bought it and didn’t charge me close to what it would’ve cost for myself to fix them after purchasing the car which I really appreciate. The dealership is also very relaxed and has lots of nice couches and doesn’t feel intimidating to be at like some dealerships can. I’ve been a lifelong Lexus/Toyota customer but Bob Wade definitely makes me want to stick with the Lincoln brand for a long time.”
“I absolutely love Rittenhouse. I have 2 foreign cars so finding a place that can accommodate the needs for both is priceless. They offer fantastic customer service, even arranging a ride for me when I needed it on my first visit about a year ago. I have been there a couple of times for each of my cars because they are transparent, provide written as well as digital documentation of everything they see as a need and worked with me to do what I could afford. Fantastic customer service with a nice coffee stand with snacks. They even saw that I had replacement hubcaps in my car & asked if I wanted them to change them out before I left. Amazing.
I can’t tell you how good it is to have one place for both cars and to have confidence in their ability as well as their integrity. I tell everyone they should come here.”

“As a restorer/ owner of a 50-year-old Buick passing through the Harrisonburg area, I had a particular concern finding the right mechanic when my car needed service beyond my roadside capability. After many phone calls and referrals, I reached Rodriguez Auto Services thanks to a recommendation from a mechanic who had worked with Luis Rodriguez years before. I found Mr. Rodriguez to be a knowledgeable and experienced auto mechanic and technician, a fine person, and together with his lovely wife the proprietors of an honest family business that makes Harrisonburg the kind of place one remembers fondly. Most importantly, the diagnosis was correct and repairs were effective to get me 750 miles back home later that week.
Even if circumstances aren't quite so extreme as mine, I highly recommend Rodriguez Auto Services, Inc. to anyone in need! I saw a few negative reviews on yelp from people mad they missed a chance to do business. Hate it for them.”
