The mechanic that worked on my car was very efficient and did the job fairly quick. I saved a couple hundred dollars by bringing in my own pads for my brakes and they allowed me to do that. I only had to pay $88 for the labor. Fire stone was going to charge me $380 just for the rear brakes. They did not overcharge me for the labor. Also the mechanic wrapped up some cord that was hanging down in the back of my SUV that was a part of my tow package. Without asking me he just repaired it. I like the fact that I can watch them work on my car through the window. So I asked him about it and I thanked him for doing it. He saw a need and he fixed it. The manager got a little uptight because I was asking him so many questions, but other than that he was also nice.

These guys were so friendly and knowledgeable and honored another Mr. Tires repairs that weren't so good from previous day while we were traveling. We weren't charged for anything at all and they had us back on the road as soon as they possibly could. Highly recommend this place!

Stopped here as I had a nail in my tire. To my surprise they patched it free of charge and Jason the service manager was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Running a business on integrity and honesty is the best policy and they are bringing that to this location. Will definitely return if I have any other vehicle issues or needs!

Jason and the whole Mr. Tire team. were unbelievably helpful and helping get a new tire. They went out of their way and stayed open late just to help me get my tire fixed and replaced. They also had amazing tire prices. I highly recommend Mr. Tire over any other mechanic shop in Harrisonburg!!

Had an amazing experience. Came right before closing and Jason Hays was super sweet and willing to help us out with a slashed tire. Went above and beyond and they just wanted to make sure that two college girls could get home safe! Highly recommend Mr. Tire if you’re in the Harrisonburg area

I had a screw in my tired and called around before finding a place that would do it. They told me to come on by and they would squeeze me in. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Everyone working at Mr. Tire was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend bringing in your car for any service to these guys!

We had a tire blow out and they were a big help, including tips on how to get the shredded tire off. We arrived right before closing and they replaced the tire even though it meant staying late on a Saturday. Friendly service and it was nice to get the issue resolved quickly.

I have been to Mr. Tire three times now, and every experience has been amazing! I’ve gone for an oil change, had all four tires replaced, and for help with a dust shield that got knocked off by a curb (?). Each time, I have experienced quick, helpful, and honest service from knowledgeable employees who have never tried to upsell me. They explain issues clearly and helpfully, and get you back on the road asap! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing help with their vehicle, especially those less versed in the specifics of auto care and service.

Visited this place for the first time today due to tire issues. What better place to go to than one that's called Mr. Tire, right? I'm glad that I did. The staff were phenomenal and really care about their clients. We will definitely bring our cars back here for future needs.

Plugging a tire ended up costing me a tire pressure monitor. While they tried to make me whole, it was often faced with them becoming rude and angry when you try to explain your situation. Rather than dealing with them anymore, I decided just to take it elsewhere and have the problem fixed at my expense. Looks like whoever had plug the tire had inflated it and sheered off the sensor from the valve stem. Regardless when we left the shop, the sensor was still registering as it rolled around freely in the tire. It eventually died about a week later. I tried explaining to the first guy who tried to help me that Honda charged me $90 just to diagnose the problem and will be charging me $170 to replace the sensor. While I was trying to explain that Honda will not reprogram and aftermarket sensor, apparently that was enough to upset that guy. Accuse me of interrupting him while he was speaking. Another guy that tried to remedy situation requested I come in for other trials to have an aftermarket sensor reprogrammed. Unfortunately I didn't have the luxury or time to bring the vehicle back and forth. I plan to just have the dealer fix it at my expense. Definitely not worth it. The free tire plug service will end up costing me $270.Take your car elsewhere

This place has been a life savor for me since moving to Harrisonburg one year ago. My Acura ILX seemingly needs a lot of attention since I travel high mileage and Paul the Manager has been incredibly wonderful with helping it stay in top top condition. Great customer service and fun atmosphere. Thank you to everyone that does a great job being a team member to Mr.Tire!

We were traveling with our trailer and had a nail in the sidewall. While on the road we called and ordered a replacement to match our three days old tires. The team took our information, ordered the tire and fixed it immediately after they received from the warehouse (about 4 hours). We had the road hazard insurance, so we saved 60% off retail.

I thought I needed a tire plugged but turns out I had a blown tire (which makes more sense because I hit a pothole). They took my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it swiftly. When I got my car back the mechanic said "sorry about the wait". There was absolutely no wait. I was in and out within 15 minutes excellent customer service.I went back into the shop a couple days later looking to get a second tire because I have always been told to get two at once. The mechanic and shop manager Paul told me that my tires were in great shape and there was no reason for me to waste money on something that is not an issue and won't become an issue especially when the tires were close enough in wear that they would still be on the same cycle.This is the kind of honesty I look for in a place. I have had other auto shops take advantage of me because of my young age and lack of knowledge.Alongside the honesty and speed. They did the job right, they were very polite, informative, and professional. I am 100% satisfied with Mr. Tire! I do wish I had the mechanics name so I could give him a shoutout because he did a fantastic job! Great job all around, you have got my business whenever I need anything done to my car in the future!
