I have been coming to Model Nails for many years now and have always received excellent service from all of the staff. The facility is extremely clean, the front desk staff is very friendly and I have never been unhappy with my services. Although all of the techs are amazing, Anna is my regular nail technician, and I just love her! She is such a perfectionist and is very detail. I always appreciate that she takes such pride in her work and she is such a sweetheart!!!

The people at this nail salon are so nice and very respectful. We felt like family. It was an amazing experience. The little things they did made a huge impression.
Requested style: Chrome and white flower with gem inside the flower.
Cleanliness: This salon was very clean. We were the last to leave so we were able to see the detailed cleaning.

Got my nails done for vacation and Rose did such a good job! My absolute favorite set of nails ever. I’m obsessed! I definitely plan to go back to visit Rose for my next set :)

Hands-down, the best gel manicure I have ever gotten and the nicest staff. I was in town moving my son into his apartment and had some extra time in the day. Does not compare to New York City manicures this is by far the best.

Let me first off start by saying my boyfriend already written a review. He was not happy with the emotional state I was left in. It's time I express myself. Prior to my last visit at this nail salon I had absolutely nothing negative to say about it. Instead of pampering and pleasure I received a form of bullying. The employees were laughing at me. I knew they were because they'd make eye contact with me and then giggle. Including the lady that was doing my pedicure. I am already insecure about my feet and the fact that they were unprofessional and just rude hurt my feelings. I began crying with my head tilt down so no one could see my tears. I was just ready to go. I cried for about an hour. The staff really made me feel like my feet was a big deal. Idk who's in charge but you need to have a talk with your employees. I'm NEVER returning to your salon. Not after how I was treated. You all must remember that people have feelings. It's EXTREMELY disrespectful to speak your language in front of Americans knowing that we can't understand so you take advantage of that. The audacity of you all. You crossed my line. I'm now a customer at Q3 Nail Salon.

Walked in spur if rhe moment, so glad I did! Great pedicure, got the one with a back massage, was just what I needed! Got a manicure with tips, she was soo careful and I am over the moon happy! Will be back!

Requested style: I went in for a pedi…ended up getting a mani and a pedicure. My tech was Anna. You can’t go wrong with her. She was the most gentle and patient your lady. She put me to sleep. The atmosphere in the salon was very relaxing. Anna, thank you!! You are the best!!?I hope to see you soon!!! 7/11/2024

Booked appointment for two people for pedicure. Asked them to make sure they can do it in the same time for both. They said OK. 40 minutes later, my friend’s pedicure was done and mine did not even started. I asked them why it takes long, they said “oh we busy”
OK, I understand but if you cannot take people in the same time, as you said, then you should not book appointments. I left without any service

Came here twice, first time was just a gel pedicure. And this time Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I mean I get that it’s a regular and not the spa but man it was FAST! Like barely any effort in to it, what felt like a 2 second massage for the pedicure and the same as the manicure. Very fast and not much attention to detail. I guess you have to get the upgrades to get actual detail and effort to be put in to the service you get here.
