This Mobile station which is also a 7-Eleven convenience store is a very good store to go to for not only gas but food and drinks mostly for on the go and they have very good customer service there today

Not a good experience! The employee, Husani, has not been properly trained by management 11/7/2020. Husani was working alone and was clueless about my rewards points! He had nobody to help him and was struggling to figure things out himself! I had to ask him for the owner or managers phone number. Husani gave me Hecock’s phone number, whom may be the owner. I spoke with Hecock and he apologized profusely for the lack of proper training. I had to walk back in the store and hand Husani my phone so Hecock could walk him through the process of adding my rewards points! Ended up getting my points but that was very inconvenient! Husani (or Deepak according to receipt) was very respectful and nice!

This is one of those scary 7-11s where the parking lot is cramped and the store looks kinda dirty. Staff busy on cell phone the entire time we were there, coffee burnt and undrinkable
