I went there today to use the vacuum, I pulled my truck up right to one ! I had a phone call as soon as I pulled in about my taxes , I wasn't on the phone two minutes and whatever disrespectful heavy set African American man that works there and claims to run the car wash not only didn't give me anytime to get off my phone but stood at my window and literally harassed me about using the vacuum , you can't sit here you can't block my bay blablabla , I been here two minutes and immediately came to my truck window, interrupted my phone call with his disrespectful accusations but I would love to know the name of the owner or who's above him , I've never been harassed or disrespected from sitting at a vacuum finishing my phone call for 2 minutes, just wanted to be head azz in charge and it was the rudest encounter I've ever had !! These are facts Jack ! He should be FIRED

UPDATE: owner reached out after this post and worked on wrecktifying situation. Great customer service over this problem!Tried to get my car wash Sunday, but nothing happened after it did the under carriage wash. Tried to call # on wall, left vmail and have had no response since. Continued calls to the number reach a voice-mail that's fullNormally Mircale is my go-to car wash even with all the others in town. But with no response for nonservice, I may have to find something different.Would love a response to get my wash or my money back.

I have been coming here for decades. Recently however it has gone down hill I watched the automatic wander hit a car, couldn't reach customer service. I don't get my free washes anymore even on my birthday. I've paid for no soap. It's time to find a new car wash

They don’t give you any soap in the soap wash. You might as well just us the rinse only. Quit savings pennies on the amount of soap and gain many dollars in additional customers with superior quality.

This place is very popular on certain days especially when it's really nice after it has been very rainy or snowy but to me it seems it has been positioned so that the wind blows through there while you are washing your vehicle and you just have to use more money to keep it wet. Sometimes there is enough wash soap coming out of the wash brush and some days not hardly any soap coming out. People like to hand wash their vehicles because sometimes the automatics do not wash them quite effectively like the owners want, and that's why we keep coming to the hand washing car Wash is because we want them a little cleaner. Anyway this is my two cents worth.
