This whole experience was amazing. As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted by the owner and immediately felt comfortable and seen. She complimented my appearance which in a new setting can go a long way but she was also interested and curious about my hair needs/wants. My stylist was Cindy and she was an absolute delight both hair care wise and an interesting person to hold a conversation with. I came in with years upon years of red box dye on my hair. The fact that I was able to leave with such a beautiful color was mind blowing. Cindy answered any and all questions I had keeping me in the loop with what was going on. I was given honest and real expectations of what could happen with my hair. I will never go to another salon as long as Cindy and the owner are here!

If you are looking for a professional hair salon that can guarantee you that you will get what you ask and pay for, this is not the place to go to. They will be kind and sweet to you until you tell them that you aren’t happy with the color. Rebecca tried to do a brunette balayage on my hair and instead made me a blonde and burnt my bangs. My hair was breaking, and had the consistency of gum and she acted like it was normal. Rebecca did offered to color my hair back to my natural color if I wasn’t happy with the results, free of charge. I reached out 2 days later to ask her to take me back to my natural color, she was rude, blamed me and said she had to charge extra. She got very defensive, unprofessional and refused to give me any type of refund. I reached out to the owner via instagram with no response. I went in person and Delnia did most of the talking, she did not care to listen to my needs. I asked for a refund but the owner refused, She offered to give me a haircut, hair color and other services to compensate for the damage and promised to call me the week after. Is been 2/3 months and Delnia has not reached out to me. I personally feel disgusted on how this “business woman” prides herself in running this business. Overall the customer service is poor, Rebecca lacks skills and professionalism and the owner has no accountability. 1st picture is what I asked for. 2nd is what I got.

Don’t be fooled by the positive comments either it’s her family and friends who write those comments, or it’s customers from the old owner whose name was mila. She was really good, but the new owner dlnia is either late to her appointments, over charges you, or just does a horrible job. I do not recommend this place at all. You will be ripped off and on top of that the work she does will be poor.

Delnia is one of the most talented people I know! She makes it a point to create a comfortable environment for her customers and anyone who walks through her doors. I have been scared of the hair salon for years because of past stylists, but she did exactly what I asked and I went home feeling more confident than ever! Thank you so much Delnia for not only doing an amazing job on my hair, but also making me feel beautiful. I definitely recommend coming here!

Delnia is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Not only is she a kind and genuine soul but she works hard and is dedicated to producing the best work. I've been her client since she was a student and she continues to amaze me. I have mixed curly hair and she's the only person for miles that I let color my hair. I promise have patience, enjoy the experience, and you won't be disappointed!

Walked in for some information. No receptionist and owner practically ignored myself and my husband (who also wanted a haircut). She wrote down my phone number and never called me to schedule an appointment. After reading her bio, it seems she was never schooled so does this salon owner practice without a license?

Very dissatisfied with the professionalism of this business. Dlnia does NOT know how to manage her calendar or business. She is late to every appointment which has caused rushed and poor work, constant rescheduling which has caused me to rush to find another salon or eyebrow tech, very late responses or no responses at all to online booking. I will not be coming here anymore.
