The guys here this time are really trying to be quick and helpful; a big improvement over some of my past experiences although most at this location have been very helpful and well intentioned, they're usually pretty busy. Just needed to replace a phone this time and they were very helpful

Don’t even bother going to this metro. Showed up twice last week and doors were closed when hours said open but this has happened many times. Will be switching carriers now. What management allows this to happen???

The young woman there was so sweet and helpful. She also was professional and personable. She helped me out and I was on my way fully taken care of in a short time. That isn't the case where I'm from. It takes forever to get the correct thing done or it takes forever. Thanks Raim (sorry if I messed up your name but my name memory is not good!).

I was given an appointment time to come back to the store to take care of an issue that was ultimately caused by their in store person only to arrive back at the store at scheduled time to be told by a completely different rep that no one was available and I had to reschedule

The harrisonburg store have a poor customer service ,I check some free phones in the website but if I keep my phone number i need to visit the local store but when I check in the store they always tell me I need to pay more than $100 to get the phone and they said that include the activation fee ,plan and other things .I can't understand why I can'tget the free phone and do the other process online without pay that money that they want to charge me

Worst customer service ever. No one ever answers the phone. Reporting to corporate office. Been with them since April 2022. Not one person has ever returned a call or answered the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
