Lynetta was a phenomenal help during our search for the perfect mattress. I experience chronic back pain, have difficulty sleeping & am a hot sleeper. Lynetta walked us through all of our options and was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. We purchased the Purple Premier mattress with an adjustable base. Great service!! Craig listened to what type of bed I was looking for, including the budgeted cost I had to work with. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of certain brands. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm if you are looking for a great mattress for a reasonable price.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mattress Firm. This is our second mattress from there. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Lynetta was wonderful and very knowledgeable in the product. I appreciate her service and would go back to purchase again.

The salesman was great. They are always nice at that store. I went in for a black Friday special and got a good deal. Originally I was looking at a different cheaper mattress but after he took the time to show me the difference I chose another but got a great deal

My wife and I absolutely recommended Mattress Firm Harrisonburg, specially working with Jeff, he was really helpful in showing us all the options and recommendations for the mattress, mattress protector, frame we needed it, and the most important thing that he was looking at for our best interest. We left the store today with everything we needed and with the best deals! Very Happy with his service and his work.
