Please fire this rude and un respectful employee!
I asked for help to load some material I purchased at Lowe’s, and this guy got lost while I was walking to my work van. Then I found him playing on his phone, and I asked again for help. He pushed my cart outside and told me he is off the clock 6:40pm and he doesn’t care how to get loaded.

I went to lowes a few days ago.. bought 8 bags of marble rocks for my grandpa's flower bed and was offered multiple times with help to load them which I turned down... I sent my disabled husband in today for 10 more bags of rocks and told him there wouldn't be an issue because he could simply ask for help to load them. Well he did that and the MAN WHO WORKS THERE AND WAS ROAMING AROUND told him that no one was available to help him he'd have to do it himself. So.. lowes is a joke. They'll help a cute woman but not at all a disabled man we will definitely shop else where for our outdoor needs.

I LOVE Lowe's! They have a great inventory of everything you need. BUT...you need to know what you want because there is hardly enough knowledgeable associates to assist you, and don't get in any hurry. There's mostly self checkout and very few warm bodies in customer service. Not the associates fault. I blame upper management.
