Friendly employeea with a mom and pop shop feel to it. I was impressed with the variety of handgun ammunition they had available as I have several uncommon calibers and they had all of them. As well as a rifle caliber I haven't been able to find at 5+ shops and 3+ gun shows.

Great service! I told him what I liked and disliked and he helped me choose the right one for me. Lots of selection and knowledge of each one. No pressure to buy at all which was amazing. As a woman I'm used to being talked down to by salesmen which turns me away. Did not get this here at all.

I was on vacation in Harrisonburg, Va. area and stopped in Liberty Arms. Matt, the owner was very helpful and extremely courteous. The reason I am rating 2 stars out of 5 is I made a purchase well over $1000 and one of the items I ended up not wanting, they told me in order to return it I'd have to pay the $30 ship back fee. I agreed to this as it was my mistake. Only to go in a couple weeks later and see the item I wanted to have returned on their shelves and not shipped back.
