I went to Labcorp on Neff Rd. for a kit test. I was told on the phone that they would do a draw and send. When I got there, they said they couldn't do it. The workers really could care less if we were there. The guy that drew my blood barely spoke. "Which arm?" "You're good to go." If you like being jerked around and like zombies for your phlebotomists, Labcorp Neff Rd. is for you.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Kelly and the young women helping her were very understanding and helpful.

This place is horrible. All personal care and human interaction is gone. Instead, they force everyone to use a computer check-in system that simply does not work. Then, when THEIR system doesn't work and you have to ask the human for help, they seem irritated and are rude. And it's a touch screen system that is very hard to navigate- especially for older people- so it took a average of ten minutes per person to use it, most having to get help to complete it. I arrived as the third person in line when they opened at 7:30. My check-in wasn't complete until 7:50 and the first person wasn't called back for blood draw until 7:55. That's a half hour just wasted while three people fight the computer. Then there's the long wait to actually get the lab work done after all of that. It's infuriating to be treated so impersonally and even rudely as a customer- especially watching it happen to seniors who struggle so hard and so long with navigating that poorly working computer check-in. That's shameful.

Terrible experience. So rude at the front desk and during my whole brief visit. She was rude and curt to everyone. Zero personality.

I wish you could rate a place 0/5. The service was terrible. The technician rolled her eyes at me and was not welcoming at all. The other technician was rude to a foreign family while I was in the waiting room asking first if they had INSURANCE before catching herself and saying for photo ID. This is the worse medical facility in Harrisonburg and I would not recommend to anyone to get any type of work done here.

Horrible experience! I wish that I could give it zero stars. When I arrived I sat in the waiting room for 20+ minutes while no one else was even in the building. When I was called back the woman was very rude and rushed. I was getting bloodwork and she ended up sticking me twice and proceeded to move the needle inside my arm. I get monthly blood work and I am quite used to it and this was a very painful experience. Do not go here for blood work if it can be avoided

They don't have enough staff here and so they are very slow. They now have a machine to check in, but older patients don't know how to use it, so they have to help them anyway. The people at the desk are not courteous or sympathetic about patients having to wait so long. When someone has to fast for blood work, they should be able to help them more expediently.
