Test drove a 2014 WRX on their lot and fell in love. A week later I traded in my 2018 Crosstrek for it and can't explain how effin amazing it felt leaving the lot.Very chill staff and atmosphere.

Bought a truck on 12/20/22. Had to have the transmission replaced on 1/23/23. Owner refuses to return numerous calls. Salesman Brad has been a great sport though!

Careful....be aware, Joel doesn't pay his bills. I own a freight company and we moved a car for him and he avoids calls and threatens not to pay, and then in the end doesn't pay. Anyone who does that to his vendors, is more than likely shady when he sells cars.

Honestly this took me 1 whole year to come up with this review due to seeing what else would break on this truck.Brad, you lied to my face when selling me this LB7. "The injectors were just changed, you will be good for 100k" after I told him I needed a reliable family vehicle holding a 2 WEEK OLD BABY. 1 month later smoke billowing out of the exhaust and they said It was past the 1 month warranty and to put injector cleaner in and and I put bad fuel in it(trying to blame me due to them lying about the injectors being changed)Since owning the truck I have had to put on a new exhaust (last one was cut to short and failed inspection) after Brad said it would pass. No spare tire, hoist or jack. Driver side window regulator done after 1 month. All oils were dirty. Would be surprised if the trans oil was ever changed. The coolant was disgusting!! Had to already change tires and brakes. I'm in over 8k!!Should have returned it after the turbo line blew off on my was home...Joel was very disrespectful to me on the phone telling me I have no idea about diesel trucks saying the edge evolution wasn't meant for a lb7 and I should educated myself because the injector balance rates are wrong when they were the same at my local diesel mechanic.Stay away from this place!! They are crooked as can be and sell shiny cars that are junk on the inside. Don't buy a truck just because it looks nice when it needs a 5k injector swap. SLAP IN THE FACE TO ME AND MY FAMILY!!

I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet from JW Auto Sales with no issues until I had to get it Maryland inspected. Unfortunately Maryland is the most strict when it comes to inspections and it failed. I reached out to Brad and Joel and assisted with the issue accordingly. I am proud to say that I give JW Auto Sales a 5 star rating.

Working with JW Auto sales and Brad was literally the easiest experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. I drove 7 hours one way to purchase a truck from them. I got there and they had everything ready to go and waiting. Best experience I’ve ever had.

If there was a negative star option this con-artist Chad would deserve it.Selling lemons for millions. This is the kinda place that makes you cringe when you hear the words “Used Car Salesman”Save your money, you’d be better off walking than to buy anything from these thieves.

Selling cars 10k over kbb with bald tires, screws in them, battery dead, painted over rust. Literally too lazy to walk out to the vehicle with you to explain anything, just tossed keys. Do yourself a favor and go a half mile up the road to the real dealerships!!!!

shady and not trustworthy - will sell extended warranties that are void before you drive off lot- further research has confirmed horrible reputation among local mechanics and other customers who have also been treated with no return calls or communication from owner - he lies and says he contacted each customer regarding the complaint but never does- phone records luckily are able to prove this- We believe this dealership is in a ‘partnership’ with the extended service company - definite conflict of interest. Misrepresentation at its finest. Our truck has been parked for most of the time since purchase- owner likes to not accept any accountable for false information and misrepresentation, Luckily it’s not hard to gather info to prove the misrepresentation- we tried to give this business the opportunity to communicate and do the right thing but as with other customers - they are not trustworthy folks and lack integrity. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - i promise you will be glad. more to come

shady dealer and dishonest- pushes and sells extended service plans on vehicles that have after-market parts - when questioned about selling such plans Brad assures it covers the vehicle and never had issues- even out in a text message- extended warranty company clearly won’t cover the vehicles on the lot as most all have had modifications- brought to owners attention (and Brad)- and the very next day they continued to push the sell of the service planto friends who inquired about trucks ( just to see if they continued the shady practice and flat out lies) and they did- gave a full sales pitch that the vehicles were covered ( all had identified after market items)- when tried to reach owner multiple times- no return call and never available to speak to- Brad plays d*** and says need to speak to owner but he will never call back- found out this is happening to multiple other folks who have bought vehicles and had issues- i would stay away from this dealership. After i bought a truck with lots of issues, i found out they have many unhappy customers with similar experiences and a horrible reputation from local mechanics. i was told by several reputable mechanics to never let anyone buy from this dealer. Disappointing to say the least - especially knowing they continue the lies when they are fully aware that they are giving false info-

shady company- sells and pushes extended warranties knowing the vehicle has after market products and won’t be covered. Lies straight faced and even in text messages many times ( Brad). Owner will never call back or speak to you regarding any issues - worst experience after buying truck , only to find out from multiple area mechanics that this is not a reputable dealer and they continue shady practices - knowing they are providing false info to customers. Mechanics have encouraged legal action as they continue to see customers have similar experiences with poor customer service after the sale and continued lies by Brad and an owner who hides. Disappointing. Buyer beware

This place is shady. They throw random numbers on their cars for no rhyme or reason. Listen carefully I went in there and asked them if they were firm on a price on a vehicle for 23,900. They said yes. I said well Kelley blue book has you way below that and car fax appraised itshort of that as well. This vehicle had also been in an accident and was 1 year away from being 20 years old. Dealers reply was well Kelley blue book don’t take account into the “ diesel world” well if this were true why is Kelley blue book have diesel options ?? Why is Kelley blue book used at almost every relevant dealership besides this use to be 7/11 turned into a auto dealer and another thing where did you magically get 23,900 how did they evaluate this or determine this if they use no tools of appraisals that every other dealership does? Watch out folks got some real winners in there and by the way the best this dealer could do for me was $500.00 a vehicle that was 10k over priced PER a reputable Kelley blue book and carfax appraisal!
