Their sales and management and as if they couldn't have cared less about whether or not we purchased from them. It's not good business to make your customers feel like you're doing them a favor by even helping them.

Their service department is an absolute rip off. $1100 bill for a 45 minute job. Treatment like this is why people buy Toyotas.

Service was Awful. Had to keep calling to check on progress. Was not kept in loop on what was going on for the two weeks it was there. Had To pay extra for using card for payment, service advisor was suppose to advise me of this when he called according to cashier,HE didn’t. All repairs were not done as I was told a miscommunication. Don’t believe customer service means much any more,HAD been a loyal customer for past 30 plus years,JUST MY OPINION.

To follow up....attempting to cancel warranty, left messages with finance person, ultimately sent cancellation request to warranty company as well. When emailing, I included a short email of our reasons for cancelling , and said "pass this on if you would like". Kind of thinking that they may say to someone in charge that we have a valid issue and someone would reach out. Nope. Finance person(who also sells warranty) finally responds and says "glad someone at another dealership took care of you". Which is not at all what I said. We have now been reminded of the time frame of warranty refund via email. Yes I have heard this info before, and the email shows irritation, but I'm not certain that what we are asking for has been done. So now we are waiting for the ASAP response of our cancelation being processed. Again. Think before you buy.

Don't trust these guy's "100+ pt" inspection. Bought a used fj cruiser from this dealership and now paying 1000+ for a new compressor, a/c never worked, which I didn't check before buying. Also back hatch was/is busted, and muffler just detached. Not a legit spot for used vehicles if you wanna trust your dealer for actually making sure the vehicle is in good condition. Look elsewhere.

I am in Ohio and dealer is in Harrisonburg, Va. I accidentally let them charge my card $2K to hold a truck. I did not sign any forms, and they did not say anything, but they claim the $2K is non-refundable. Its clear now, they were selling me a problem vehicle sight unseen. Days later, a form came and they omitted an agreed discount. I did not sign. Days after that, bank info came for me to transfer funds. With this lag, my aim of getting the car on a weekend and using it on a family trip were both shot. Next, my bank said the bank transfer info was questionable, and advised me not to move the funds. I realized this is some cheezy corner dealer, laundering money or such. Bad signals - very clear. After arguing with the sales manager, I realized I could 'never' enjoy the truck- the experience was hell. The buying experience would have me hating the truck for the next 10 years, every time I saw it. Best to lose $2K. Repairs would have costed $2K anyway. Avoid them - find some proper chevy dealer nearby. I am not yet at peace with losing $2K, but this review is therapy.

Amazing team with amazing service! Chad Austin, Sales Manager will take great care of you! Hunter, Sales Associate and Julie, Finance Manager made everything flow so smooth. They were able to accommodate my schedule and had my vehicle ready when I arrived, answered all of my questions, they went the extra mile to make my family I feel like we were apart of theirs!
