Watch out for this establishment! I have a family member who took their car in for repairs; quoted as same-day repairs, I might add. 10 days later and after having to borrow transportation, the vehicle was “ready” but had the same initial problems plus an additional one. I’m not going to elaborate on what all has gone on with this business since the original repairs situation but I will say that the bill was approximately $400-$500 more than the estimate they gave. I mention this because I personally sat and listened to Alex confirm on speaker phone, that “the cost would be no more than the (quoted) estimate.” Surprise!

The staff was incredibly rude, and the reception was the worst I've ever experienced. I recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to ruin your day.

Terrible experience at [Jenkins Automotive
Service & Tire Center]. The staff were incredibly rude and blatantly uncooperative. They made no effort to help customers at all. Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating.

I'VE HAD TO TAKE MY VEHICLE STRAIGHT BACK IN TWICE BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP. I've had my two vehicles at Jenkins 9 times total now. The first 2 times were good. The price was good, they were a little short (in the way they talk to you), didn't have good communication skills but I thought, that's okay, they get my vehicle out in a timely manner (even though they never called) and the job seamed to be done well. It's been downhill ever since then. In the last 7 visits, twice I've had to take it right back in because they messed something up (once was brakes, once was a steering issue).
When you talk to them on the phone. Here's how the conversation always goes:
Them: Jenkins automotive
Me: This is Mike, I'm calling to check on my taho (because they never called me and it's been 6 hours).
Them: Silence. They don't say Ok let me check on that for you or give me just a moment and i'll be back with you. Nope. Silence, every time.
Me: Hello
Me: Hello?
Me: Hello?
Them: wait a second.
When the conversation is over they never say "goodbye." When they think the conversation is over it's just "click," they hang up the phone. It's young guys who mess up the repairs a lot and have absolutely zero customer relation skills. I could put up with them making mistakes if they were nice and had good customer relation skills. But it's awful, they've never even apologized for messing things up. I don't know where the Jenkins' are, but this place is a disaster. The 2 young guys in there are just rude, rude, rude and could not care less about providing even decent care or respect. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

I was just calling to get a price on tires and got absolutely nowhere.I gave them all the information I could. Goodyear Adventurer all terrain 275/65/R18, they put me on hold 3 times I think I talked to three different people they kept asking me what kind I needed I asked them what more information do you need I didn't understand that's when they got snappy with me.I told them nevermind I called the wrong business and said goodbye! Management better tighten up

Worst place ever paid 386$ I was told my car was fixed when I got there they had to jump start my battery the car was covered in dust like it had been sitting there for days mind you my car was there for over a month so I left the shop my car broke down 20 mins later it was the same way I took it in no difference but paid 386$

Received threatening phone call saying my car would be towed if I didn’t pick it up and then was hung up on! It’s 4:03pm, I’m at work. My phone rings, I say Hello, and I male voice says, We’re having a great day at Jenkins Automotive. I paused and said Hello again and he repeated himself, I then said, OK? The male went on to say I’m calling about your car and you need to pick it up before we close. Understand they close at 5pm. Again, I’m at work. I get off at 5 which I responded to let him know I was not given prior notice to make arrangements to leave work early or get a ride down there within the next 50 minutes… The male became extremely rude and said if I don’t come get it he will have it towed! I explained again, I’m at work, just like you, I also have a job and don’t get off until 5. He asked what time I go to work? 7:30. He said we open at 7, if you’re not here by 8 it will be towed! I tried to reason, explained I tried to pick up my car twice, but he wasn’t hearing any of it! So the day service was rendered I had someone go by, pay for the service and get the keys, made arrangement to pick it up when I got off work… after 5. Upon arriving I see my car in the back of the building and a truck is pulled in front of it so I can’t get out. This is Monday, July 3rd. I left a bit frustrated seeing my car was in the back of the building, unlocked, and deliberately blocked in. Taking a chance I go back on July 4th, they were closed which leads us to today, July 5th and a 4 o’clock call by someone who was extremely rude, didn’t care that I had made attempts to get my car and stated again, get it by 8am or it will be towed! Granted my car is old, 1997, but it’s not a piece of junk to me, it’s my car.
