I have very fine, thin hair & explained exactly what I wanted. Previous hairdresser that I had before had retired. The new hairdresser did exactly as I asked, so I was pleased. But I was pretty shocked when my bill was $50. It sure went up in a years time. Shampoo, cut, blowdry & I don't have much hair, so it took about 1/2 hour. $50 PLUS tip. I didn't say anything to hairdresser about the price, but I was very shocked. I would like to continue going there, but have to really think about it with a $60 bill (included tip) for shampoo, cut, blowdry on my hair which is very thin/not much there.Services: Haircut

I took $300 worth of clothes to the register at 6:02pm this evening and all three salespersons told me they closed at 6pm. I even mentioned I needed them for my fathers funeral that passed away suddenly on Christmas Day. However. The “Afro-American” girl told me She didn’t need the attitude. So I have decided to do an interview with WHSV and 29 News our of Charlottesville.

I went to get my hair done cut and highlights when the lady got done I didn't have highlights it was orange and the cut was very uneven I was not happy at all so I went to Sally's and got a boxs of dye and the highlight kit and my husband did it and omg it came out perfect I love it so i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there..

Worst experience ever. They quoted 20 minutes. Waited for an hour. The only reason I gave it a 2 store was because the staff realized afterwards how terrible it was that the wait was long - because the *stylist* forgot to check his client in so it appeared as if he wasn't busy. She offers 20% off. My fiancé's mom also tripped on the chair that was by the entryway/exit which was a bad place to put it. And as soon as you turned there was also a pole (used to have people wait in line) why are these things so poorly placed?? And the haircut didn't last 5 minutes.

Best salon I have been too. Debbie Paxson did a phenomenal job on my perm. I have super long hair and she was gentle, timely and did a wonderful job on my hair. I have had loads of compliments and plan to be back again. Thank you.

My first time visiting. Good haircut and was seen as a walk-in fairly quickly. My biggest qualm was that they wouldn't take the coupon that had been handed to me in front of the very same salon a few weeks before when I was shopping at JCPenny. I probably won't go back because without the coupon the prices from local establishments are more affordable.

The absolute worst haircut I have ever received in my life. When I first sat in the chair I was trying to explain what I wanted. I could tell the girl wasn't paying one bit of attention to what i was saying. She pinned up part of my hair in the back, dampened it and began cutting. I was turned away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing. The phone rang and she left me to answer the phone. She was gone quite a while as she also had to ring up other customers purchasing products. She came back, dampened my hair again in the same spot and began cutting again. She then left again to wait on customers, answer the phones and book appointments. This time she was gone even longer. She dampened my hair for the third time in the same spot and began cutting for a third time. At this point after cutting three different times in the back she asked "what kind of cut did you want?" I was floored. Shouldn't that have been clear BEFORE she started cutting? I again told her what I wanted, She turned me toward the mirror and I could already tell she had not done what I asked. Then, as she's cutting away her daughter comes in and they are carrying on an entire conversation while the beautician is snipping away on my hair yet turned sideways talking to her daughter not even looking at what she was cutting on me! When she finished talking to her daughter she starts talking to a young boy that was with her daughter and still not paying attention to what she is cutting. Maybe I'm wrong but shouldnt a beautician be at least looking in the general direction of the head she is actively cutting on, or at least stop cutting when shes looking away from you? I had originally asked for bangs but told her to skip the bangs and just finish the back and sides. I now have the most chopped up, uneven mess I've ever seen. One side is almost 2 inches longer than the other. One side is layered (did not ask for layers), the other side isn't. What. A. Mess. I think I could have done a better job if I had cut it myself while blindfolded and wearing mittens. I will NEVER go there again.

My experience great and I was treated well....it was until I got home and realized that the woman who did my hair bleached my sweater and tank top I was wearing. I won't be returning. Way over priced and now my clothes are ruined!!

I believe it was the manager of the salon that cut my hair several months ago. She squeezed my appointment in one day, when she actually didn't have enough time. I had to wait on her because she was running late, then she cut my hair dry and gave me awful uneven layers. I had to go back to get her to fix it, but it still looks bad several months later.
