We were on vacation in massanutten Virginia when our 2022 Hyundai Tucson had the check engine light on. We went to Harrisonburg Hyundai to have it checked out. Did not have an appt and there was a long line of cars waiting for service. Dana was able to get us in within an hour. She thoroughly explained what the codes meant and what our options were. Very much appreciate the great customer service.

waited 4 months to get my car back for an engine replacement after being told it would be 2 weeks get it back, and now my transmission leaks, told them this, then let me make an appointment regarding a transmission leak, to proceed to tell me after the 2 hr appointment that they don’t do transmission work. and will not fix or replace the transmission THEY MESSED UP.

Was given the wrong part number when I walked in about how to fix the issue. They advised me I go through their certified dealers to locate the part because the car was discontinued. I did and when I went too install it turns out it was t the correct part and because I ordered through the certified dealer they couldn’t help with the return. The part is non returnable because it’s electronic. Then I was told they can help and get me the part o actually needed at wholesale cost. But when I searched their site it turns out they still put a mark up on it.

Kevin in service was amazing from start to finish. Customer service is rare these days. He smiled, answered all my questions. Took my concerns seriously and followed through till my car was done. What a pleasure. I enjoy great customer service!

Great place to shop for a car! The sales people are super helpful and seem to know everything, but also super chill. We never felt pressured or self-conscious. Our sales consultant, Javan, helped us reach a very important decision, as we worked through about five possibilities. Great test drive experience. We absolutely LOVE our 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid in a very cool red.

If you are in need of a new or used car stop by harrisonburg hondui and see James Staton. He is the best salesmen we have dealt with when buying a car. We have bought two vehicles from him and, the most recent one was for my mother in law. He was great and patient with her. James took his time to test drive four different cars to find the right one for her. The car had to be found and then come from a different dealership and brought to Harrisonburg. He was awesome and kept us updated along the way. We are so grateful that he is also able to help us at both Harrisonburg hondui and Harrisonburg honda. He is definitely the perfect salesman when in the market for a new or used car. We will definitely go to James for our next car. Thank you James for everything!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! Unless you want a car that will blow up under a 100,000 miles on it. Our family car has been here for 6 MONTHS with no hope of it getting fixed. Since it got dropped off it has sat so long the tires are flat and the rotors are rusted up. They have not once called me with an update. I have always had to call them. Do yourself a favor and take your business down the street. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone.

Nice dealership--clean and pleasant. Our salesperson, Javan Jackson, was a pleasure to deal with professionally as well as personally. The manager worked hard for us to get the deal that we had as our goal. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Everyone at this dealership is helpful and friendly. It is easy to get an appointment and easy to get through by phone to any department without waiting. Upon arrival for an appointment, the Service Advisor guides through the process for whatever the required procedure; from the smile with which you are greeted, the respect received by keeping appointment times and updates given along the way, to the time the keys are delivered back and being escorted to your vehicle. All questions are kindly and thoroughly answered and explained, all charges completely reasonable. I love that this dealership is owned and operated by Veterans. One cannot get better service, nor be in better hands, than those who so love, and courageously, skillfully, and honorably served in defending our Country. I am extremely happy to have access to this dealership for taking care of my vehicle, and for the assurance and peace-of-mind it provides.
