It all started in 1962 when Carroll and Betty Harper launched their dream of providing quality garden and ornamental products at an affordable price. With the help of Carroll's two sons, Harper's has increased their product line to nearly 900 pieces. In 1995, Harper's expanded their family venture to include their eccentrically decorated Water Garden Center full of diverse fountain and water garden displays. Today we are at the same landmark location on Route 11--- still paying close attention to the finest details to provide unique customer service. Customers travel from many states to make a day out of the one-of-a-kind experience. In addition to our retail location, we also supply several wholesale customers throughout six states.
