I’m so disappointed that they no longer allow you to try on clothes. These are used and often misshapen clothing which need to be tried on! The return policy is for store credit only which defeats the whole point of returning for me. The prices have gone up a ton as well, again Goodwill is full of very USED clothing at prices that often compare with new Gabes or Ross items. Disappointed and won’t be shopping here anymore. I could get over the higher prices if I could only try things on, come on Goodwill, you could do better.

No dressing rooms! Was shopping then was told they had no dressing rooms. Had to leave everything. Time wasted. Wish they had signs up to let people know.

Went in on a Tuesday for a pair of jeans, found a pair that was red tag which was the tag of the week. I couldn't try them on and there was NO way I was stripping in public to try a pair of jeans on. Got told I needed to purchase and then I could bring them back if they didn't fit. So I purchase for 4.99. I ended up taking them back with tags attached, with-in a few hours of purchasing on the SAME day. All went well on the exchange part. But I went back with my daughter the next day on a Wednesday and red tag was still obviously color of the week and saw they put the jeans back out on the rack but this time they had a green tag on them not red and they were 8.99. They are totally out to get money for things that are given to them not to mention the constant need to ask if you want to round up after prices have been totally jacked on items is very gross of the store to do. It's crazy they would change out tags on a pair of jeans that was returned with tags attached. Super questionable on what this place is really about. Greedy Goodwill is what it needs to be called. To top it off they have zero shame while doing it. Dirty is what it is.

No dressing rooms available. You can return items within 14 days as long as they still have the tags and you have the receipt. It is really inconvenient.

I lost my phone in the store and asked the manager whom was standing by the employee doors if the store had a lost and found and if they’ve recently found a phone. She told me and my aunt “No”, and rudely brushed us off and walked away. I then ask the cashiers, who were quick to say yes, saying they found the phone and the manager took it to the back office. We looked to the manager who originally told us no, she whispered to one of the cashiers and went to the back. My phone that was originally on, was turned all the way off, and continued to ring to voicemail was suddenly back on a moment after she handed it to me. The wallet on the back of my phone looked tampered with and i am currently replacing my cards. The managers name was Kim, she refused to talk to us. And we only got her name from the cashier who was equally as confused as us. The manager refused to come out of the back room to talk. We did finish our shopping, but we will not be shopping at this location ever again, and will not be recommending goodwill to anyone we know.

I was at this store with several family members today 7/19/23 when my niece lost her cell phone with credit cards in a slot on the back. We went to the employee entrance as a manager walked out and i asked her if there was a lost and found and did they find a phone, she replied no. As several family members tried calling her phone and it was ringing, I went to the cash registers and yelled for the whole store to hear is there a lost and found and did anyone find a cell phone and the male cashier said yes he found a phone and looked to see if it was at his or the other cashiers register when the manager came up to the cashiers at that moment and he said they must of brought it to the back (same manager i asked). It was then that he said to her she must of taken it to the back and she had no choice but to go look and low and behold it was in her office the whole time even when she told me no phones were found. Not only that the phone was turned off so she had to do it after i asked her if they found a phone. I should of called the police on her!

We were very excited to find a decently priced bench at this location. The goodwill tag was still on with no sold tag or information so we carried it to the front of the store only for the cashier to say someone was already going to buy it. She then rudely told us to carry it back. We do not understand how the bench could “already be bought” with no sold information and the tags still on. Also why would she want us to carry it back we’re we found it if it was already being purchased. Overall we are very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
