There are cockroaches everywhere. They’re walking around all over the food at the buffet line and the tables. Owners don’t seem to care about it.

5 stars all the way across the board. The staff are super friendly, very accommodating and continuously keep things clean and replenished. The atmosphere is peaceful. The food is authentic and unique. The plum wine, which was recommended by our server, is to die for. The sushi is fresh and probably the best I’ve ever had. I never even knew I like mussels until I tried the hunan mussels. They were spicy and perfectly done. The peanut chicken was amazing.

There are only two types of Chinese buffets, with little in between: good and bad. This is a good one...although there are some major caveats. The worst aspect of this buffet is the fact that they pre-cut the lo mien noodles. This is sacrilege (and also annoying to try to eat). We're not children who need our food cut up.The criticism that I personally think is worse, but is somewhat a matter of opinion, is that their sushi is drenched in mayo and mayo-based sauces. Like Anthony Bourdain used to say "Keep mayo the hell away from good sushi".It's one thing to just say "then don't eat it!"--but it's gross to even look at and smell. Not to mention the serving tongs are covered in mayo, so you can't avoid it. Also, I bit into a tempura-covered roll and it gushed with mayo-y nastiness. Put the mayo away, guys, it doesn't belong on quality sushi/sashimi.My last issue is something that would be hard for them to change--the walking space around the buffets is very tight, with very little room between the edge of the buffets and the walls/railings. It's hard to avoid bumping into people, or getting stuck behind slower patrons.Everything else about this place is top-notch, however, and they do a great job at keeping everything fresh. They also tend to cram a lot of variety into small amount of space, sometimes by putting multiple offerings into one tray to make it happen (e.g., chicken on a stick and pork ribs).

It's my favorite Chinese restaurant since 1998. They are also my friends. They are very good people and family.

Service and food was good but the restaurant is tiny and cramped with only one buffet table. Took forever to get a full plate due to the line of people. Way too congested for my liking.

Golden China has been our steadfast go-to-comfort-Chinese buffet for DECADES. They are consistently busy, efficient, and good. Our favorites are the coconut shrimp and their soups- egg drop for my wife and hot & sour for me. It's been for us from dating to family with two daughters, to family with grandkids! Enjoy!

The price was too high for food that was not good. I tried the egg drop soup and could only eat 3 spoonfuls because it was bland and had no flavor. The seaweed tasted as though it went bad, as well as the shrimp.
