Even though we were not able to complete the process, the business ethics and courtesy of this team was top-notch. I had a tight scheduling window and my daughter was involved so I was less than flexible but they hung in there and were pros to the end. My prior install was perfect and I'm more confident in the company than ever based on how they handled the difficult situation. Highly recommended.

Business is very good to work with and the service was great. Garrett, our installation technician was a very knowledgeable young man with a fantastic work ethic and super personality. I gave a four star rating not because of anything other than I never give five because we all have room for improvement in everything we do. The two outer windows had fogged up do to gas leakage. It was way to expensive to replace the whole window so that is why we chose Glass Doctor of the Shenandoah Valley. And we are so glad we did.

Great experience with these guys! They were able to get me an appointment quickly and fixed my leaking windshield for a reasonable price. After a month I’ve had zero leaks and am very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. I also requested quotes for replacing worn rear glass and they were incredibly competitive with even the cheap option in town!
