REFUSED ME SERVICE BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND GOT MY NAILS DONE ON A FRIDAY MONDAY I HAD BROKE 2. I WENT BACK TUESDAY AND THEY OFFERED TO FIX THE 2 FOR FREE BUT WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH TO THROW A COAT OF PAINT ON THE OTHERS SO THEY ALL WOULD LOOK THE SAME HE SAID $35!!! FOR PAINT?? I ONLY HAD LIKE $20 BUT THEY REFUSED. I LEFT WITH THE 2 NEW ONES WHILE THE OTHERS LOOKED FADED. I TOOK THE REVIEW DOWN RIGHT AFTER BECAUSE I FELT BAD. I CAME IN TODAY AND HE CONFRONTED ME ABOUT IT AND MADE ME LEAVE. ITS OK I WILL FIND A BETTER SPOT THAT I WONT HAVE PROBLEMS BREAKING MY NAILS BEFORE THE FILL IN TIMES, I HAVE 3 BROKEN ONES NOW SO THEY AINT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT ANYWAY. THIS REVIEW IS HONEST!! THE LAST ONE WAS TOO! THIS ONE WILL STAY! SO I HOPE HE READS THIS ONE TOO. PLEASE PPL DONT GO THERE U WILL REGRET IT!!!

Nice staff, but unclear about up charges. I spent $40 on a gel manicure on my real nails, and wasn’t told about the $10 up charge for the shimmer they put on top. Within 4 days my gel started peeling and looks terrible. I don’t expect gel to last like dip, but for $40 + tip I’d expect them to last longer.
I don’t get my nails done often due to a busy work life so I’m feeling really disappointed my nails looked good for 3 days for what I paid.

Always amazing!!! Purple/Green Glow in the dark. Kevin is amazing with nails. Eyebrows always look amazing after Jennie does them!!!

Requested style: I always come in with a picture of what I want, and they never disappoint. My nails always look perfect! And my daughter loves getting her little mani & Pedi ☺️

My friend and I went & they were so rude. We did not get what we asked for either. It was overall terrible service & we will not be going back. Our nails look terrible as well. It was very rushed. Henry was nice though! We reserved him & just didn't get him, 2 other girls did. The lady who did my toes beat my leg. The woman who did my manicure told me "I couldn't change my mind and that it was too late" when I brought up a concern because she was not doing what I asked for. Also, there is paint all over our nails. It was cheap (no wonder). We asked for Dip Nails and Regular Pedicure & got Gel on both after saying multiple times what we wanted. It was a nightmare. We went to the Bridgewater one:/

they were so rude to my friend and i... we also didn't get what we asked for either - overall, very bad experience. it's cheap and that explains it well enough. our nails look terrible as well
