Going downhill since it got new owner products no longer available, some products on the shelves but csnt sell them becsuse its not in the system so they will not ring up

Great place to find Hispanic foods. Lots of Spanish roots, plantain and brands like Goya and others. Well stocked. Large supermarket.

The very best tacos in town are served at the indoor cafe inside Food Maxx. Go when international soccer games are on and the ambience is fantastic. Really a lot of fun and great food.

The place smells terrible once you walk in. Many of the products on the shelves are expired. The cashier offered me a lower price to buy expired cheese! Some cookies I bought expired last year!!!! Not to mention that everything is so overpriced!

I went earlier today on April 29th and bought these yams from Food max International market in Harrisonburg, VA. Came back excited to cook it and this was what I ended up with. These 3 yams cost me $53.21 and I can’t believe they selling rotten foods in their store. It is ridiculous because their products are really expensive but to do this to people hard end money is uncalled for.

Wear a grizzly bear as a coat if u plan to come inside. Its always below zero temperature in the store . I like it. Because of the germs and bacteria.. variety variety .. alot too much things i didnt know exsited and now i have fried thanks to friendly interactkobnwith customersv
