Honestly, this was a mostly painless experience (other than my poor wallet. But it's expected buying new tires). They did a great job and were quick and friendly. The waiting room was comfortable, and they were very open about pricing and promotions. It was a bit cold out, but if I wanted I could have gone to any of the several restaurants surrounding the location as well. No complaints, I'll be back for my next use of my lifetime realignment!

I had an appointment for 4:30 just to get my oil changed. They told me it would only take an hour. About an hour and half later it still is not done. I go in and ask how much longer it will take and they told me they had to order my oil from Advance Auto Parts (which is right across the street). A few days before my appointment I went in and asked them if they had that oil and they said yes. Anyways, almost 2 and half hours go by and a guy brings my keys up to the counter and all he does is look at the computer and walk back into the shop, then about 25 minutes later I can hear someone yelling asking if the Crossfire is done, which they said yes and said that the keys were up front. This is the part which is ridiculous, I have a lot of background with cars and what the prices of things should be. Just for an oil change they charged me $198. For my car oil costs about $8 a quart, they charged me about $21 a quart. An oil change for my car should only cost about $90-$110.Never ever go here for anything!!!!

I really appreciated the service provided today at Firestone. I brought my car in to get a second opinion after my cars dealership quoted me on several things. They took the time to fit me in and make sure everything was completed by the end of the evening — even after they had closed. I appreciated that they were straight forward, honest and affordable.

Grayson’s Exceptional ServiceGrayson was truly exceptional. I found myself in a tight spot when the battery in my Suburban gave out while I was shopping at TJ Maxx. Noticing that Firestone was just a short walk up the hill, my husband went to inquire if they could offer any help. To our relief, Grayson went the extra mile—quite literally. He walked down to the TJ Maxx parking lot to help start my vehicle, enabling me to make it to Firestone. After running a diagnostic test, the technician confirmed that the battery had indeed failed.We purchased a new battery and were able to get back home safely, thanks to Grayson’s outstanding service. I know that people in customer service often deal with irate and impatient customers demanding immediate solutions. Having worked in the customer service industry myself, I’ve come to truly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. Grayson did exactly that.I hope he gets to read this review and knows how much his actions meant to us, and that his effort doesn’t go unnoticed—even if he has to deal with less-than-pleasant customers every so often. Yesterday we were on our way from Maryland to Staunton VA for a performance. We got a screw in our tire and needed a replacement. Michael M was able to squeeze us in with a new tire and ensure we made it on time to the show. Tremendous service!Service: Tires

This place will have a 5 star from me and my daughter! We were traveling through and decided to stop for some lunch next door to it. When we were done we attempted to leave and the car would not start. The manager, Michael Mullins, not only offered to help find out what was wrong, but also helped push the car to their shop so we didn't have to pay a tow fee. After we got the car checked in and rented a room to stay the night as this happened at their closing time, he also offered to give us a ride to the hotel so we didn't have to walk. I have to say that the employees at this location have been the most caring and helpful I've ever encountered. The car is being repaired and we will be back on our way to Texas shortly. 10 out 10 recommend!!!

Our car broke down over the weekend. We paid to have it towed there for them to tell us we needed a new starter and it was going to run us $850. We thought that that was outrageous so we paid the scanning fee and told them a tow truck will be there to pick it up and take it to a different shop. They said that was fine. When the tow truck arrived, our vehicle was still in the bay!! They didn’t bother lowering it down and the tow truck who we had to pay in advance wasn’t able to move our vehicle to a different shop. Just very poor customer service. We had to wait until the next day to have it moved, we had to push it out of the bay our selfs and they were very rude!

Just to show how much this place LOVES their customers....I filed a complaint with the BBB on how very unprofessional these people are...i got message next day that Firestone refused to respond to the complaint. So thats fine I will just go up a little further as I am not gonna let this go. If you cant do your job you need to get out of the business. These people are so very lazy and do as little as they have to to get the cars out of the way. I seen what they do with my own eyes how they treat others vehicles and I would not trust them with a rock!

Team took us in late in the day because we had a flat on the highway on a Sunday. They were very accommodating and helpful. Logan was great. Thank you for getting us back on the road. 500 miles more to go.

The Harrisonburg location has top notch customer service. I had a flat tire traveling from NY to NC on I-81. My car was towed to this location, where the store manager happened to still be there after close, ran me through the process for the next day, and even drove me to my hotel as a storm was coming. By 9am the next day my tire was fixed and was ready to go. I have to mention that Manager Mike Mullins should be commended for the hospitality he provided and going out of his way to assist with my unfortunate situation. I would recommend anyone who needs car services in the area to visit this location!Service: Tires

The staff there was pleasant. They didn't have the tire I needed in stock but was able to get it from one of their distributors the same day. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours.

This day I went to line up my bus; They give me an appointment for 2, I arrive 15 minutes before, it's 3:15 and even my bus was parked in the same parking lot without touching it. I asked the counter for a manager, he tells me it's me. I do not apologize for the delay or anything like that. The truth is that they do not respect appointments or are courteous, they are not professionalService: Wheel alignment

Final work was ok but don't bother checking prices online or setting your appointment. Three times in a row i picked tires online just to be told they don't have them and of course i paid more for whatever they did have. Overall just poor customer service.Service: Tires

I was traveling by myself with my two dogs and unfortunately my tire pressure light came on. I searched the nearest tire place and this Firestone came up. I walked in with no appointment and thankfully they were able to pull out the nail I ran over and readjust the air in my tire.
