“I'm not here to say Sentara's personnel are perfect. However, I've witnessed plenty of demanding and rude patients that lack etiquette while on my doctor/lab visits so it can go both ways. Perhaps the nurses get tired of dealing with these types of personalities and it sours their mood. Everyone should show a little kindness.”
