The owner of this gas station whose name is Prayann, we lived in his property as a tenant and he treated us terribly.The stove was dangerous to use we notified him multiple times to buy a new one, he never listened to us until he was told by an attorney, overall it took him 10 months to buy a new one!The stove twice shut down the power for downstairs, almost my wife hit by electric shock while she used it!When we left his property, we returned it as his best convenience, no hole in the wall no damages no break to anything whatsoever, yet he STOLE my security deposit $1,150 for no reason.When we also notified him about the dishwasher issues, after a while he sent me some pictures of a used dishwasher from one of his gas stations, so he asked me, if he can bring the disgusting dishwasher from gas station after they no longer need it!This landlord despite the fact that he’s wealthy, but he’s crying for a dollar, he kills his mother for a dollar!Just because he’s wealthy he thinks he own his tenants, or he’s above the law!We we gave him the notice of leaving, he told me he want to send other people (who they interested in moving in the property, without our permission showing it inside outside to anyone he wants, while we were still living in!I will post some pictures also when I found them.

A lot of improvement since changing to 7/11-Exxon. Great store selection, rotating coffee choices, lots of hot food options. It would be great if someone could start filling up the wiper fluid stations though.

It's nice, quite new, with new pumps. But they only rarely have paper out to check oil. Frustrating.
