We were given a lease violation for something we didn't even do. Very disappointing. I cannot wait until our lease is up. This place is filled with nosey people, the parking lot is often filthy, kids running and screaming all hours. I've watched numerous kids bullying other kids. It is not ideal for a family or any one for that matter. Even if you completely stay to yourself, go to work every day and don't bother anybody, you're still at risk for lease violations for no reason. No contact before. No phone call. Very very poor property management.

They will let undercover law enforcement play fake maintenance men to gain access to your family! And you won't get your damage deposit back no matter what! They list it as " random"!

This place is a joke……
Back in 2014 Rents was $875 for a 3 bedroom,1 bathroom.fast forward 2024 and now they rent the same apartment for $1550-$1800.
They remodeled the buildings which looks super cheap and they put new appliances and washer and dryer.
Still not worth the money,
Your basically paying off they’re appliances.
This is cause for concern when a community is being affected by hikes in rents etc.
In 10 years Deer run apartments doubled the rent.
No bueno ❌
