Several years ago I purchased a very fine sleep sofa at Dayton Interiors. A few months ago, a support rod inexplicable snapped. I called Grady, and found out the sofa had run out of warranty. Nevertheless, he came to my home, inspected the item and concluded that the part was defective and arranged - between him and the manufacturer - to repair it at no charge! Grady's team picked up, fixed and delivered the repaired item on the same day. WOW! I never had such a professional retail experience in my life!Grady is the real deal; a local businessman with integrity and follow-through. Top level products, service, and care - what more could you ask?!

Had a beautiful, very comfortable sectional delivered on Thursday. It was worth the wait. We are extremely pleased. The delivery was excellent and they took our old furniture to Mercy House(I believe). Great furniture and greater staff.

We have bought a number of purchases over the years. The most recent was a couch but we’ve also bought 3 bedroom sets, a sectional couch, side chairs, sleep sofa and assorted end tables, assorted rugs and coffee tables. All have been excellent quality with free delivery, prompt and courteous service on delivery and setting up furniture items. No deposit was asked for for the recent purchase but that could be because we’ve had an association with this store for many years.I recently purchased a couch from another store that arrived with a cracked frame and since they did not unpack it without my paying an additional fee for that service, it was not discovered until after the delivery people had left so I had to wait another two weeks before they picked it up and refunded my money. I had no interest in replacing a couch with such shoddy wirkmanship. So I returned to a store I knew was dependable with quality furniture that delivered items and set them up to ensure they were in good condition prior to leaving. The cost was more for the product but worth it to know both product and service were top quality and dependable.

Grady,Please accept and pass on to the appropriate folks our appreciation for the prompt delivery of our two recliners this morning. We had been advised they would be delivered around 10 am and the truck arrived soon thereafter. Promptness does not always occur these days and it is VERY MUCH appreciated. Not only that, but the two young men who delivered our recliners also moved one being replaced into our garage and the other to their truck. They were well-mannered, polite, respectful, and well-represented their company. That, too, is not always the case. You can be very proud of the two young men (whose names, regretfully, I had not thought to take) who work for you and who we were privileged to meet today.We are very pleased with the new recliners and will “test drive” them tonight and, I trust, will rest comfortably in them….maybe even see some TV!Bill & Nancy

Really fantastic place. Prices are incredibly reasonable, the sheer variety of designs throughout the countless show rooms is incredible, and the service is always friendly and thoroughly helpful. First place I check on my list for any new furniture/design needs.

I keep trying to watch Dance Moms on Lifetime but everytime I get this stupid ad, and it never loads so i have to wait an hour to get back to my show. I do not like Dayton Interiors.

We love shopping at Dayton Interiors. They have a beautiful showroom filled with many high quality brands, and they go above and beyond in the personal attention and customer service they provide. We recently purchased several pieces for our living room, and are so pleased with the look and quality of the furniture and the kind attention we received, from selecting the pieces, to waiting through the process of manufacturing, to exceptional front door delivery!

Fabulous customer service. They went the extra mile to help me design my living room. The oriental rug is gorgeous and the living room furniture is the highest quality. Delivery was quick and the whole experience was very pleasant and positive.
