I got waist length medium box braids , for reasons I won’t discuss I was almost an hour late for my appointment, my braider was very understanding although I don’t suggest doing this ,and had my braids done in about 4 hours , very professional and great work and will work with you so you have the best hair and experience possibleService: Hair extensions

So! Let me start off by saying…the phone number does not work to make appointments (loosing business). Second very unprofessional (this is a business right?). I'm a Caucasian female, recently lost all my hair, not about to discuss the reason, however I went to Sally beauty and they referred me here because they had no wigs. When I got inside the female in the back was very busy, so she was unable to answer questions, and I had ALot due to this whole new experience for me. I waited patiently and when she had time, Omg she was so friendly and helpful. She even explained things to me about applying it, and also gave me a free item. She was so pleasant, and gracious! She made this very awkward time in my life so wonderful. The world truly needs sweet souls as this. I hope they have more selection of Caucasian hair soon, but I will keep coming here, as well as referred so many of my coworkers and friends already. Love this shop!
