I have used this pharmacy for years because the location was convenient. My husband and I have encountered many problems and or mistakes with our prescriptions over the last several years. The computerized phone system is a nightmare. It takes forever to get through to a real human then you get disconnected and have to start over.

We have been here twice more recently to pick up a prescription in a pinch and have not had any issues from the pharmacy techs or with checkouts as mentioned by other reviews?

This pharmacy is rude and totally incompetent. I started going to Walmart years ago because they gave me an antibiotic with atleast 4 or 5 muscle relaxers in the bottle WHILE I WAS PREGNANT! Denied they did it. The pills were a slightly different color with different writing on them. Im not sure if I took any of them. I assume I would have noticed if I did. If I wouldn’t have been so far along they could have caused serious damage to my baby! He was born perfectly healthy.

Clean, well stocked store. But there was no one at the register to check me out, so I had to use the self checkout.

Incredibly rude staff.My mom had an rx sent in a couple days ago. Drove in to get it, sat behind one car for literally 10 minutes. Pull up to the window and it wasnt ready, I asked why it wasnt ready since it had been a few days, the rude girl said “ we are still filling prescriptions from several days ago” ( not my problem- should have more staff). Then I asked how long because we were done in town and she said “ i dont know drive around but you can’t stay here” I explained i just sat behind a man for 10 minutes, whats the difference- theres nobody behind us “. She then got an attitude again and I told her i would complain for her attitude, she then said “ then i wont fill it”.Actually, yes you will, you cannot refuse that.I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.I then Went inside and Shalon immediately helped me and was very nice.Lindsey was the rude girl at the window. She is representing the entire store and her customer service skills are lacking.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and care given when medication was unavailable. Maddie was “too busy” to see if any other CVS had the medication needed or even if it was in recent shipment. Asked me to come into store (with a very sick 5yo in tow) to wait to print out the prescription as she was too busy to do it right then. Will not use CVS services ever again.

Red head employee grace is rude asked her a question and she said “I don’t know” rolled her eyes & walked away. Seeked answers from another employee and she butted In and continued to be rude stating we don’t make the policies. Obviously not grace but there’s no need for attitude and apparently CVS doesn’t care about customer service.

What's the point in using their automated system if my prescription is never ready when indicated?? To top that off it's supposed to be on auto refill but I never get notifications when it's ready

There should -100 pharmacist Jessica should be fired!!! She is rude and could have caused a lethal outcome by not helping my diabetic JMU student get some insulin tonight. She shut down the phones so the doctor was not able to call in and fix the prescription- she left for the night and left my daughter with no medication- my daughter can die with out insulin. Jessica was rude to me on the phone and kicked my daughter out of the store. An innocent customer helped her and said she had seen other JMU student being berated and treated horribly before. The store manager and a pharmacy associate helped to get her through the night !!! We will NEVER go to this CVS again!!! Cvs needs to review all of there terrible reviews and do something to make this right!!! Im sure a recent pharmacy grad would like a job!!Jessica, I hope cvs fires you!! You do NOT deserve to be a pharmacist and I will find the licensing board and report you there too!!!

Go somewhere else. The female pharmacist has no clue what she is doing and is 110% incompetent in her job, rude and totally unprofessional. She is absolutely clueless and shouldnt even be allowed to run a drive thru at a Tasty Freeze much less a pharmacy. The entire team has no communication within and most seem to not have any experience at all. You're better off goin somewhere else and avoid the hassle and incompetence. Hopefully cvs corporate sees this and follows up. Case number is Case number s7615050 Sylvonique in customer relations was fantastic in find a plausible solution so I very grateful for that. Again GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The pharmacy is the worst when you go inside they have a enough staff but don't wanna work to get you in and out. Then when you call the lady that answered is so rude. If it wasn't for my insurance i would find a new pharmacy.

I had oral surgery at 9:30 am and my doctor called in an one-day supply of medication. I called at 12:15 and the automated system said it was in process (and asked if I wanted to notify pharmacy I was in the way, so I selected'yes'). Husband went there at 12:15 and they told him it'd be ready in 20-30 minutes. So he came home and went back at 2:00. They told him the same thing, he explained my situation and the tech took my RX to the pharmacist and the technician came back and said 20-30 minutes. When he came home, I called to see what was going on. Cara, the technician said she had given my RX to the pharmacist but she wouldn't fill it bc she was still working on yesterday's orders. I asked her why her couldn't have just waited bc I had oral surgery at 9:30 and really needed this pain med bc it was only for the 1 day. She put me on hold and the female pharmacist got on the phone (didn't give her name) and said that she knew my rx and she had been backed up and was but one person. I explained that I had my surgery at 9:30 and my husband had been there 2x and she said she was still working on yesterday's prescriptions (very rudely, I might add). I then asked her how that was my problem. She then told me to have a nice day that I could find someone else yo fill my prescription bc it wouldn't be filled there and hung up. I filed a complaint with corporate and I'm certain I'm not the only one she has treated like this. Costco has it filled in less than 1 hour! From the time I called my doctor to ask them to call it in yo Costco bc CVS wouldn't fill it.

Absolutely insane the attitude these people talk to patients with. Disgusting service and outright rude and disrespectful to everyone they speak to. When they don’t know something, they just make up lies and get disrespectful because of their ignorance.

If I could give a zero star I would, the pharmacist was so unprofessional talking down to the patient before me in the line, he was respectfully asking to see how much longer would it take for his medication to be ready and that he has been waiting in the store for over an hour but the lady pharmacist started going off at him and refusing to even transfer out his medication to another branch. Then she proceeded to tell the patient and I quote “do you wanna get a job?” The level of unprofessional and rude attitude I have never had seen such a disgusting incidentIs that even legally allowed to deny and withholding patients medication?Who ever is managing this place needs to review and have a checking with his staff or do a little training ! I will never go here again !
