Always backed up. Always behind. Very frustrating! Twice they've said I have to move to another line after standing in line a long time. The drive through is always backed up and they never have the second line open. Avoid this CVS pharmacy.

Pharmacy understaffed. Used app to order monthly prescription refill. After 3 days of "in process," still no complete order. I drove to the pharmacy and was told that short-staffing prevents refilling without requesting an "expedite," which took more of my time and another unnecessary trip to the store. It would be nice if CVS focused on care for their clients via providing sufficient pharmacist staffing, rather than focusing on corporate profit.

Horrible service . The staff is rude and treat you like they are doing you a favor , no like a costumer that pays . I would not recommend it .

This was hands down the best pharmacy experience I've had. From the person who assisted me with a transfer of prescriptions from another pharmacy, to the team members I interacted with in the pharmacy...amazing! Thank you all :)

They obviously can't handle the pharmacy volume. Techs are incredibly rude. It's been progressively worse over the last 2 years and I'm over 2-6 hr wait when I live an hour away.

Very slow service. Now the drive thru is down, and they are slower than ever. They talk too much when they should be hustling. Especially if they are back up on orders. Never can get my medication on time.

Harrisonburg it's Nice to Know that ~ Mr. James Hughes, is a Pharmacist at CVS on South High Street.Mr. Hughes is such an Honest and Intelligent Gentleman. He was a Pharmacist of WilliamsonHughes Pharmacy on Port Rd. until They sold the Building.Any Questions about Mediation Concerns, Ask Mr. Hughes But Know that He is NOT a Doctor. He will Help answer Any Questions to the Best of His Knowledge.

A week before Christmas I either had food poisoning or the stomach flu. My husband spoke to a wonderful pharmacist who took time out of his extremely busy day to suggest a medication and explained dosing instructions in great detail. According to my husband, they were absolutely swamped. I can't thank that pharmacist enough for taking the time out of his very busy day to help us. After taking the recommended doses, I felt so much better. Thanks again for all you do! You are appreciated!

I just pulled out of line after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through. I was the third car in line, 25 minutes later the line had not moved. I never get through their drive through in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy after dealing with this for far too long

I am extremely impressed with this CVS! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that I get what I need. The pharmacy has a wide variety of products, and I appreciate that they are open late, which makes it convenient for me to pick up what I need at any time. The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping here a pleasure. Overall, this is an outstanding pharmacy that I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I went to this CVS for my flu shot this year 2022. The older gentleman in the pharmacy gave me the vaccine but I think he needs to take a refresher course on giving vaccines. I have always for years gotten flu shot right below my shoulder kinda higher up on the arm. This man gave it to me very low like halfway between my elbow and shoulder. And he made me bleed quite a bit and now I’m bruised up. I will not be getting my vaccines here anymore.

Not worth your time to go to. I noticed a trend of the same experience as me with pharmacy employee giving false information on prescription and employees giving poor customer service when I searched the rating to this facility it’s at a 2.7 I noticed that this trend has been going on for at least 5-6 months. Why is this still a problem? From what I clearly am seeing anybody who is overseeing this cvs is obviously doing a poor job and needs to be either replaced or have them view the reviews and make arrangements. it is down right embarrassing that people in this cvs that are obviously over 21 plus have no respect to their job and to themselves I’m being serious when I tell you. Don’t waste your time with this cvs.

This used to be the best pharmacy in Harrisonburg. But it is now possibly the worst. The employees are super rude and not helpful at all. You have to call to ensure your rx is in stock or being filled otherwise it’s not ready when you try to pick up or its on hold for a week plus even though they’ve had approval for days.
