I don't enjoy being targeted in the checkout line for upgraded membership services (the person scanned the membership card and started into the sales pitch while I was unloading my cart). I like the products offered and the store was clean, but I have a Sam's Club membership and will be using that exclusively for now on. I can use Scan and Go at Sam's and avoid the lines altogether. It is a much better experience.

I understand dealing with the public can be extremely exhausting; however, If it’s too much, find a new job. I visited this location around 7:30 pm on 6/20 and was extremely disappointed in how your customer service manager treated a disabled customer. She was very abrasive and rude. Her tone was a bit much. I wish I had a moment to get her name she has curly permed dyed blonde hair and a tad older. Maybe Harrisonburg, Va management team should take a few weeks and give this manager some additional training!!

I got to the Costco gas pumps at around 6:05am. The pumps have locks on them. No employees in sight. What's up with that?

My post is about careers at Costco Harrisonburg warehouse I can't understand why it is so difficult for them to hire you in this place. My son has applied 3 times and on all 3 occasions they have not even given him an answer. They are not very professional in that regard since they should tell the person, They are not going to hire him, I have spoken with some employees there and they say that it is difficult to be hired at this place.
