Classic Kitchen & Bath, the perfect example of excellent customer service. I walked in and was greeted by Katie Atkinson, who listened to my needs and asked me questions and then stated that she was the office manager and that the designers were out of the office but she could show me a few kitchen products. She gave me tons of information about what services and products they offered. I returned home and explored the websites of some of the products I saw and I am excited to continue to work with this company. Kudos again for making even a simple walk-in client feel like she mattered!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Classic Kitchen and Bath to remodel our outdated kitchen. What a great experience it was working with Doug in the design and planning of our project! The quality of the cabinets and countertops is outstanding. Our kitchen is so efficient now and a pleasure to work in. Installation was so professionally done; all our needs were met and then some. After a few additional months, the mistakes are still being found as we try to fit the kitchen out for everyday use. In addition to screw heads showing in the back of the cabinets, and scars being found now where they'd been hidden within the cabinets or by cabinet doors, the cabinetry surrounding the refrigerator barely allows the appliance to fit into its space. Clearances called for by the manufacturer and that we provided to the CKB designer, were clearly ignored. The fridge now has no ventilation on either side, and it sticks out from the face of the surrounding cabinets by over 5 inches. The most unfortunate part is that when we brought this problem and others, to the attention of the operations manager and even the owner of the company, we were given excuses and ignored. They both refused to take any action to correct the obvious mistakes. Sorry for this negative review, but Classic Kitchen & Bath earned it on our project.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DESIGN. I renovated a house and hired Classic Kitchen and Design to design and replace the kitchen. They did a great job and without question I got a tremendous return on the investment by listening to them and the kitchen renovation was so good it definitely sold the house in very short order. Will use them for all my Kitchen and Bath needs in the future.Services: Granite countertop installation

Classic Kitchen & Bath was great to work with during our kitchen remodel. Our goal was to bring the existing kitchen up-to-date. They helped us with our new quartz countertops and quartz backsplash. Throughout the entire process the designer communicated every detail, every measurement, every delivery date, and more. I never felt out of the loop with what to expect. We loved our designer and she had wonderful ideas. Our kitchen has gotten bigger and now has the extra space we wanted. She responded every time I called or emailed. Made a very nice impression, so we expected a Classic design experience, but designer quickly proved to have limited knowledge in design and provided no fresh ideas for our kitchen or bathroom renovations. She also failed to provide accurate project drawings and to pay sufficient attention to detail, which created the need for several last-minute solutions and re-do by our contractor. Adding insult, even the company owners lack vision and design experience and demonstrated very poor customer service when given the chance. Avoid this company other than to find ordinary solutions.Services: Kitchen design

We recently completed some upgrades to our 1987 kitchen. Crystal at Classic Kitchen & Bath was extremely helpful in educating us about countertops, ordering the cooktop and sink that I preferred and arranging for the installation of our quartz countertops.
