What an awesome car buying experience! So, I have had some family buy a car here before, and I decided to go ahead and swing by and look, as I was in the need of a new car. And I was rocked by how amazing it went!!!! Dave and Carol were so friendly, polite, and eager to help with the whole buying process! I had almost as good of a time just simply talking with them as I did looking at the cars! I was able to find a 2014 VW Jetta that has been awesome! The car looks basically brand new, it drives amazing, came with a warranty, and they made sure it had no check engines lights or anything wrong with it!! The price I paid for my car beat out other dealerships around by more than 2k, so yeah, pretty big win there. They were totally great getting registration and all of that switched over from my last car, again, it was an amazing experience, I have nothing but good stuff to say about City Motors, 10/10 would recommend...

What an easy and pleasant experience. After having difficulty trying to buy a gladiator from big dealerships in PA I found this gem on marketplace. After reading all the great customer reviews I was hopeful I found the right place to buy my new to me Jeep Gladiator… and boy was I right. First off, the communication and customer service is amazing. Day or night, even on a Sunday I was able to message and text them with super fast responses. They went above and beyond for me. From finding a hitch when it didn’t come with one to delivering it out of state because I didn’t have a way to go pick it up. Meeting Dave and Carol was a complete pleasure. Other dealerships could learn a thing or two from this place. Customer service! Customer service! Customer service! Thank you again Dave and Carol. Hopefully I’m back in town for my next Jeep!

I am new to the Harrisonburg area and needed to buy a used, reliable car ASAP for school. Searching for months, I came across City Motors, and they were by far the best people to help me comfortably choose a car! They answered my texts promptly and gave me an incredible warranty, no questions asked! I could not recommend a better place than this family-owned establishment! Just an overall great experience. Salesman was super engaged with my situation. I needed a vehicle quickly due to some unforseen circumstances and found something i was interested in here. I had visited quite a few other dealerships in the city and ended up purchasing here. Overall experience here was much better than other places, friendly, quick and easy financing with low down payment and a quality vehicle that after about a week seems solid but as always do your research on vehicles, not all are built the same! My mechanic checked it and said seems like i got a great deal. Next time im in market for a vehicle ill start my search here.

This was by far the BEST car buying experience in our several decades of car buying. Integrity, friendliness, customer service beyond anything you could expect. We walked out with a great car, better deal than expected, and know where to go for any future car buying needs. Worth the nearly 2 hr drive!

There's not enough room on here to say how wonderful City Motors is. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Dave and Carol...so far. There is no one that I trust more and no one that will bend over backwards more to help someone out. I am so thankful that I have this resource in my backyard. I have bought a few cars from other dealerships and they have been nothing but trouble. The quality and warranty that City Motors offers is beyond compare in the used car market. If you are in the market for a used car, do not go anywhere other than City Motors. From my experiences, you will regret it!

So happy with the purchase of our "new to us" Ford Explorer! Went to my own bank with a purchase order & high hopes due to my excellent credit hx--was told by my bank of 30+ years I'd have to wait 48 hours. Carol said come back in to see what I can do. She got me in that vehicle within the hour, and with a better deal than my own bank- . I highly recommend this family owned business!
