We had some great conversation through the process. Their response was very fast. What an awesome car buying experience! So, I have had some family buy a car here before, and I decided to go ahead and swing by and look, as I was in the need of a new car. And I was rocked by how amazing it went!!!! Dave and Carol were so friendly, polite, and eager to help with the whole buying process! I had almost as good of a time just simply talking with them as I did looking at the cars! I was able to find a 2014 VW Jetta that has been awesome! The car looks basically brand new, it drives amazing, came with a warranty, and they made sure it had no check engines lights or anything wrong with it!! The price I paid for my car beat out other dealerships around by more than 2k, so yeah, pretty big win there. They were totally great getting registration and all of that switched over from my last car, again, it was an amazing experience, I have nothing but good stuff to say about City Motors, 10/10 would recommend...

What an easy and pleasant experience. After having difficulty trying to buy a gladiator from big dealerships in PA I found this gem on marketplace. After reading all the great customer reviews I was hopeful I found the right place to buy my new to me Jeep Gladiator… and boy was I right. First off, the communication and customer service is amazing. Day or night, even on a Sunday I was able to message and text them with super fast responses. They went above and beyond for me. From finding a hitch when it didn’t come with one to delivering it out of state because I didn’t have a way to go pick it up. Meeting Dave and Carol was a complete pleasure. Other dealerships could learn a thing or two from this place. Customer service! Customer service! Customer service! Thank you again Dave and Carol. Hopefully I’m back in town for my next Jeep!
