Caliber in Harrisonburg, VA did a great job on our car. During the repair they found a major wiring harness that was also damaged on worked with Ford to get that replaced. Everytime I called to ask questions they were very polite and informative. We had a 2 month trip scheduled and they worked with me to make sure our car was completed and stored safely until our return. I definitely recommend this shop.

Five Starts for the workmanship quality (very satisfied with the repair work). I also received regular updates during the repair process…However, my interaction with customer service (receptionist) was unpleasant (3 Stars).

I took my car to the Harrisonburg location after getting a “repair job” from a different Caliber Collision location. I was unhappy with the previous repairs/cleaning and the GM (Steven) was so helpful (even though it wasn’t his team that caused the issues). I ended up getting a full detailing job that looks incredible and my car looks brand new! Very appreciative of the Harrisonburg CC staff. Highly recommend! ?

I had an incredible experience with Caliber Collision in Harrisonburg, VA. Everyone there was helpful and an absolute joy to speak with. I was kept informed with daily progress updates through text helping to keep my mind at ease. They genuinely care about delivering quality service and making sure you're happy, they go above and beyond to ensure it.The quality of the work itself is incredible, there were a hundred plus dents(hail damage) and every single one is gone. Plastic trim work was replaced and fit perfectly, the vehicle looks flawless. Not only did they repair the vehicle, it was detailed when I picked it up. I own an F250 which is a fairly large vehicle, so a complete detail on her was a pleasant surprise.Customer service and quality of work at Caliber Collision Harrisonburg, VA are phenomenal! I would absolutely recommend!

Being in the real estate business with RE/MAX for over 20+ years in the Northern VA area I fully understand the value of providing integrity and a work ethic that exceeds the expectations of the general public. My daughter who is currently enrolled as full time student at JMU was in dire need of an immediate repair on her Toyota 4runner. Caliber Collision in Harrisonburg, VA did not hesitate and immediately provided her with the absolute best A++ repair technicians and maintained transparency from start to finish through a top notch customer service team led by General Manger Steven Ortiz. My 2019 Silverado 1500 LTZ had significant damage from hitting a deer and Caliber Collision did a fantastic job! From Olivia at the counter helping me with all of the paperwork to Lori with the estimate and the guys in the back doing all the work!! I was very impressed with how everything turned out and how professional all of the staff was. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Harrisonburg, VA!!
