Coming in as a first time home buyer there are a lot of things you think you know and plenty more you don't. Brad not only guided me through the process, but advised and consulted along the way. He was a responsive and straight forward problem solver and in the end helped me to find the perfect home in a very complicated market.

Brad did an amazing job for us selling some property. We had some issue arise that he was able to navigate and get resolved and he took the time to even research and contact people that he knew would be able to assist. We highly recommend him as he takes pride in his work and doing the best job for his clients. He was very easy to communicate with which is crucial in his line of work.

Brad was my realtor when I purchased my home in VA and again when I sold it a couple years later. On a daily basis, he's responsive to questions and requests. When buying a home, he offered immense knowledge of the area and frequently had advice/helped me see what I should be looking for. When selling that home, he helped a great deal with getting the home ready for sale and went far beyond what I expected a realtor to do--while I was away in NJ, he scheduled repairs and cleaning services for me, marketed the home for me, and when the buyer's loan had issues, Brad was a nonstop advocate in getting things resolved.
This is not just a "show up for the house viewing and send you the contract" service. Brad is comprehensively involved and helping from start to finish.

I can’t recommend a better realtor!! I was a first time home buyer and Brad was extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and more of a friend. He’s a fighter for sure and helped me steer away from homes and always gave his honest opinion. Brad and his team communicate well and always kept me in the loop. We hit so many bumps that were out of anyone’s control and town issues but he worked harder than I could’ve asked for. I appreciate him and his team and recommend him 10000% to anyone looking for a realtor!

Brad made selling my home such an easy experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and transparent. He answered all my questions, most of the time before I could even think of them. He was easy to stay in touch with throughout the whole process to address all questions/concerns. All of his predictions on the sale of my home were spot on. He is extremely efficient as well. I never imagined that we would get from listing to closing so quickly!
I will definitely be using Brad for any of my future real estate needs.

Brad was fantastic to work with. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was recommended to us by our close friends. He hands down is the most knowledgeable person you’ll meet, who’s always willing to go the extra mile. Home buying can be a long process- he’s consistently been super responsive, proactive, patient, well informed and supportive throughout.
Knowing we had him to rely on made the whole process smooth and seamless, where if there were any external or unforeseen hitches- him and his team were on top of it and kept us in the loop! We also periodically received emails from Brad and his team with educational Infograph’s, checklists, and other info about the whole process. Brad was an amazing realtor to work with! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were not for sure of the entire process. After looking for realtors, we found Brad online and he communicated with us right away. We easily connected with him as he is personable, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Brad sat down with us and explained the entire home buying process with us. He is also knowledgeable about things to look at in a walk through and connected us with a great inspection service. Brad ensured we got what we wanted in our home through negotiations. Throughout the entire process Brad would send follow up emails to let us know what was going on in the contract and also followed up with us after closing. Brad did such an amazing job that we were able to close a few days early. We are truly grateful for all Brad has done for us!
