Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to return a hat and jeans and got told “they don’t sell that hat” when I still had the tags on them, proving I had bought the hat from there. Clerk was extremely snarky and condescending. Wouldn’t shop here again

Visited store to find a new pair of work boots. They had a fair selection but it was impossible to find a clerk to help you out. I unfortunately left without new boots because selections were in slight dissaray and I feel if your dropping $250+ on boots, there should be "some" customer service. Despite the available selection they didn't have my size in the Carolina model I wanted. I may or may not return.

Lots of selections in clothes and boots, all types of western wear for male and female.TERRIFIC salespeople!Hint, check website for deals first and you can ship it to store, get a coupon for use in store and try it on at store and they will do return/exchange via the store.Good quality merchandise from multiple, well known manufacturers. Use both in-store specials and web pricing to get best value. My online sales were at store within 2 to 3 days during Thanksgiving week!
