My wife purchased her 1st Subaru, and loves it! My wife, prior to buying spoke with a salesperson (not Austin) on the phone requesting information and she stuck with them as the salesperson. However, when my wife went to go look and test drive and do more research on the car, the salesperson she spoke with on the phone was not there... Austin, met her...she said she was dealing with another salesperson...BUT, Austin continued to help her as if it was his sale. Fast forward, a week (8/15/24). I buy my Subaru Crosstrek, and because Austin was so courteous, polite, and willing to help answer any questions my wife had about her potential purchase, I decided I wanted to work with Austin...and I'm glad I did. They did not have the color I wanted and Austin was diligent in finding the one I wanted and had it there the next day and kept me in the loop throughout.
I would recommend Austin Asbury to anyone looking for a low pressure, very polite, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable salesperson.
Candice made the financing portion as painless as any financing can be. She was awesome. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

Rolando Mendez just sold me a 2024 Subaru Outback. He worked diligently to find the car I wanted and to make sure that I was satisfied in every way with the deal. I also had my previous Outback serviced there and I love the service department. They are all so personable, friendly and professional.

Was on a cross country trip when we started getting an obstacle detected alert in our Ascent. Stopped in this location and we were heard, and service was completed quickly to get us back on the road at no cost. Grateful to the folks at this location for keeping us safe and on track.

Service is prompt, and the staff are efficient and friendly. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the terribly depressing country music played in the waiting room.

I can't speak for the sales staff, but if they are anything like the service department, they are all stars too! We brought our Subaru here several times for routine maintenance, and the service folks always did a great job and were super accommodating. They also went above and beyond in helping us out with some major engine work following the recovery of our car after it was stolen. We appreciated knowing that we could depend on them to be there and get the job done right. Thank you!

My wife and I had another great experience at Bob Wade today. We've purchased several new Subaru's at Bob Wade over the years. Their service is always prompt, courteous, and professional. We love their hometown feel and their support of local organizations for the needy. We really feel like family whenever we visit. Their excellent customer service is also rare nowadays. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully and what is usually an overwhelming process was made so simple. I had been taking my Outback to the same Subaru dealer we bought it new at 20 years ago to which up until recently I found beneficial, a friend recommended trying Bob Wade for service and to my surprise the work they do is by far higher quality by a long shot and they are also more affordable and honest, is it worth driving 45 mins to an hour traffic depending rather than 15 mins ,absolutely because I received a much higher quality experience than the past 10 years at other dealer. Service Advisor Jeff Spencer made a very good first impression, friendly, great customer service, and great ability to understand my needs. I’m a Bob Wade customer/supporter for life now. They were faster they were better by far and are fantastic! Thank you all so much for being there for customers like myself!
