We were five hours from home visiting our grandson at JMU when our 2012 Subaru service lights started flashing. Kenley was so helpful, shuffling his very busy schedule to get the car serviced on the spot. He solved our issue and got us on our way home in short order. He and Jan are a fabulous team and we are so grateful.

Rude sales Manger. The woman that was my salesperson was excellent. I typically don't buy anything from someone that insults me multiple times. I bought my crosstrek somewhere else.

My wife and I bought a brand new Forester on Tuesday of this past week. We worked with Ryan as our salesmen. He was nothing short of phenomenal. He looked through all the options for us. Explained differences in the car options, our financial options, and even traded fun old car stories. Ryan went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. I would recommend him and the whole Bob Wade team.

I tried to call parts. I had to press 1 for English 3x! It kept looping around. Then it went to special warranties, then to specials for retailers. I was on phone pressing their prompts for 4 min. Never did get parts before I hung up. Terrible.... NO customer service!

We had a great experience with the service department. They offered very reasonable prices and when they made a mistake fixing a seat problem (fixed the wrong seat we didn’t even notice was broken haha) they came and picked up our car, left us a loaner, and fixed it right away! The service department deserves a raise

I highly recommend Bob Wade Subaru! I purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek from them this Monday. Not only do I love the vehicle but I also loved the hassle free buying process. Great service, helpful and wonderful staff plus getting the a great vehicle for a great deal! I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

Last year I decided to buy a car from this dealership. The overall sales process was very good, I showed up and was allowed to test drive the vehicle, then quickly went through the process of buying the car and along I went. Very pleased. It was a 2 year old car with 16,000 miles. Under factory warranty, a Motor Trend Certified Warranty, and an extended warranty I paid $2,000 for. 2 days after I buy it I'm headed back to drop off the title of the car I traded in and get my second key (the salesman forgot it in his pocket, no big deal), and my passenger side window stops working. I go in and tell him and he takes it over to their service department. Very polite and courteous. My friend and I were waiting for a while before a gentleman came out and gave us the keys to a loaner vehicle so we could go get some lunch. Again, I'm very pleased. So, a few months ago, I decide to take the car in to have it checked out. The transmission was jerking, making sounds, nearly stalling, and surging. When I make my appointment I ask if they'll have a loaner vehicle. They say of course, we'll have one ready. Great. Well, I drop it off and ask about the loaner car as I have somewhere to be. He calls someone and then asks me if I'm 21. I say no, I'm 19, is that a problem? He says yes, they only allow 21 year olds to drive loaners. I own the vehicle. I have full coverage insurance and proof of it. In my name. My driving record is spotless, yet he still tells me I can't get a loaner. Okay, so I can't get a loaner now, why was I given one a year ago when I was 18? Why didn't you ask my age over the phone to verify? Luckily I had someone nearby pick me up. We go on about our day. I call back and ask about the car. They say it's not done and they'll call when it is. Okay cool. I call again around 4 o'clock and no one answered. We drive over there and they tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. Take it to the manufacturer. Um, okay, I bought it here because I purchased an extended warranty and was promised a loaner. This is the best part. When I get in the car, the mileage is the EXACT SAME as when I dropped it off. They didn't road test it. Even the service report has the mileage as the same. I specifically told them the transmission acts up in traffic. Even if they drove it, it was less than a mile. Kinda hard to diagnose a problem with that short of a test drive (however I don't think they did any at all). Buying a car here was a really nice process. Servicing it here sucks. Go somewhere else.

only good things to say about Bob Wade Subaru customer service. From the sales to the service staff - and recently the sales manager Steve - went out of his way for me! Unexpected but greatly appreciated!
