I have bought two vehicles through Bob wade and was considering a third. Six months ago I bought a 2015 Chevy suburban and after having it a month I got a check engine light and took it to them. They said it was fine and sent is on our way. Not long after their warranty the same code came up and they want $5200 to fix the issue and will not honor the fact that I brought it to them under warranty. I would not buy another vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

Took my car in for oil change, came out with an oil leak!!! Funny, didn't leak oil when it was taken in. Called to talk to someone about it and was left on hold for so long I called back and it happened again. Bought my car from them as well. This was back in April.

Terrible Experience: Avoid Bob Wade Autoworld!I cannot stress enough that my experience with Bob Wade Autoworld was a complete nightmare. Let me paint a picture of the nightmare I endured, so you can understand why I'm vehemently warning you to stay away from this place.During my trip to Harrisonburg, my 2005 Ford Mustang GT's transmission suddenly gave up, leaving me stranded. Desperate for help, I called Bob Wade and they informed me that they could fix it in two weeks' time. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of disappointments.When I reached the two-week mark and called for an update, they had no clue when they would be able to work on my car. As someone living in DC, it was crucial for me to coordinate transportation, but the dealership showed no concern for keeping me informed or updated. To make matters worse, throughout this entire ordeal, Bob Wade Autoworld failed to offer a loaner car. As i have a full time job, I had to rely on expensive Uber rides to get to work in DC while my car sat in their lot untouched. They never once bothered to keep me informed or updated, forcing me to hound them for any ounce of information about my car.After nearly a month of waiting and persistent phone calls, they finally fixed the transmission, or so I thought ...... Due to their poor installation, the transmission broke down again, forcing me to pay $250 for a tow truck back to Bob Wade. In round two of my experience with Bob Wade, I experienced the same lack of communication, poor customer service, and frustration. After continued frustration, I asked about a loaner car which they provided at week three of them having my car.To really put the icing on the cake, when I went to pick up my car, they only reimbursed me up to $200 for the tow truck expense under the warranty. It was their mistake in the first place that I had to return to their dealership.To sum it up, my experience with Bob Wade Autoworld was a complete disaster. The dealership showcased horrendous customer service, exhibited rudeness, failed to perform quality mechanical work, and left me with an overall terrible experience. I strongly advise against going to Bob Wade for any automotive needs. Spare yourself the headache and find a dealership that actually cares about its customers.

I live in New Jersey. I drove to Virginia to visit my daughter at school when my car started making a terrible noise. I had taken my car to my car dealer in New Jersey the day before, so I was upset when I was five hours from home, and my car was sounding terrible. I called Bob Wade Lincoln and asked if I could bring my car in quickly for them to look at. It was Friday at 3:45 PM and they said bring it over. Well, I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the service department is. They took me right away and they went out of their way to help me and to troubleshoot and fix my car. The gentleman even brought me a cup of tea. I have never been to a nicer dealership in my life. Thank you Bob Wade Lincoln service department you guys are awesome!!!!!

Service department miss diagnosed my MKZ's transmission issue. Looks like it going to cost me for their mistake. I told them what the problem was, multiple times. I was told the transmission had a 24 month unlimited mile warranty when I had it replaced the first time in March 2021. Took it back in December 2021 as it was making another noise in the transmission, but they told me it was $600 wheel barring. However, it's June 2022, and I am being told that had I paid for the transmission, it would have a warranty for 2 years with unlimited miles, but because Lincoln replaced the transmission it now only has a 1 year warranty. Makes a lot of sense. If I pay them thousands of dollars to put the same transmission in, the warranty covers you for 2 years unlimited mileage. But if lincoln replaces it, it's only 12 months. The vehicle was taken back for the transmission issue 8 months after the 1st replacement. Sad. If I could give 0 stars I would.
