I called here to see if they'd check out a used car I was looking to buy. They couldn't get me in same day, but the gentleman spent 15 minutes on the phone with me so he could basically gave me a free limited CarFax. 5 stars from me for excellent customer service.

Seriously? I do not believe these reviews are real. This is THE worst place I have ever dealt with. They’ve had my car for SIX WEEKS. SIX WEEKS!!! For crying out loud. I will NEVER cross their threshold again. I call to check on it and they can’t even remember who I am. ?
Take your cars to Rittenhouse or Shenandoah. The ONLY reason mine is there (yup, it is STILL THERE) is because of the damn insurance.
Imagine that. Just after posting this review I get a call that my car is ready ??
