I took a laptop to the Geek Squad Dec. 2023.I knew walking in I would not get immediate help so I planned to leave it till they could get time to call me.I am disabled and cannot drive so I tried to take advantage of a ride to Harrisonburg.Without looking at me the GEEK at the counter asked if I had an appointment.I said no and he reply we can't help you without an appointment.I let him know I didn't think or expect them to look at it right away and I wanted to leave it until they had time to call me.AGAIN not looking at me he said - "That's what the appointment is for - to drop it off!"I am pretty sure he never looked even peripherally.I do know he just didn't care.WOW, I will never go to Best Buy or any GEEKs there ever again.

Bought a 75 inch TV, and missed the morning delivery due to working night shift, so I called to see if I could change it to in store pickup. I did this when they accept calls at 9AM and was able to change the order. When I showed up at the store around 10:40AM, the order had only been put in the system within the last five minutes, which I was unaware of, and the representative over the phone told me nothing about any type of wait. I went to the register and tried to explain the events of the morning to the woman at the register, who happened to be the manager, and was bombarded by “you’re wrong. That’s wrong. You can’t just call when you get here and pick up your order.” She was snippy, loud, and I was belittled in front of about 10 other customers for a few minutes to the point where I was half tempted to cuss her out for being disrespectful. They did bump me up to the top of the waiting list, and I was in and out within ten minutes, but what’s the point if I had to be talked to like a dog in front of everyone? The best employee you all had in the ENTIRE STORE was the delivery guy that morning. I love Best Buy, but the last few times I’ve gone, the employees are all on their phones, or act like they have better things to do. Go to the Charlottesville one if you value service.

Dylan was the best in the Geek Squad department. He was friendly, kind, patient, as well as knowledgeable. Great sales representative as well. I came in to inquire about replacing the battery for my 2017 MacBook Pro and he suggested preordering the new MacBook Pro with the M3 processor instead. I took his suggestion and am very happy with my new purchase. Dylan works at the Harrisonburg, VA location.

Extremely lazy, apathetic staff members who stand around talking to each other instead helping customers. There were literally four employees in the smart phone department who were talking amongst themselves and I had to ask twice to look at something. Next, whatever you find on their website is NOT at the store, there's a total disconnect between available inventory and what's actually in the store. I'm amazed that in 2023 they don't have the technical ability to get their inventory system working properly. I've been to a lot of Best Buys around the country, and this one is at the bottom end. I ended up buying exactly what I wanted at the Target down the road.

Highly recommend total tech service from best buy!! Pays for itself in 1 repair and anything I buy has a 90 warranty. I simply drop off any repair or any upgraded components for my pc and it's ready for pickup in a day or 2, can't beat it!!

I really love Best Buy, but when I traded in a watch because of size they covered my old watch not my new watch so therefore I paid for insurance and never had it to use.

Customer service seemed lacking at this location... Trying to set my new unlocked phone, almost zero help, thank goodness I have some tech skills...The worst service I have experienced in the last 10 years... I hope they change that soon or closure may be coming in the future...

This store is horrible. They can't even let customers know when they're closing, they just turn the lights off. And they lie to you and claim they've cancelled geek squad services when they actually did not. The online chat is no help either. I have never had a good experience in this store. The management is probably some of the worst I've seen out of any company.

Looked for what I needed online, found it here, went to the store, Robbie was awesome, answered my questions and was able to get everything done and me out of the store in good time.

The store clerk asked me to sign up on their customer list and receive 15% off on my purchase. I proceeded to do so until I realized I was applying for a credit card. They already had made a hard inquiry with the credit agencies on my account before I realized it.

Didn't buy anything. However the store was clean, the employees were nice and offered to assist. We were greeted when we came in. There was a rain storm so we roamed until the rain stopped. Nice technology kept us entertained and I got to look at some specs on some items I am considering.

Went in to purchase a tv. An employee walked past my family and I twice w/o even acknowledging us or asking we needed assistance. Walked towards front of store to find help and everyone seemed preoccupied with their own business. Had to carry a heavy TV to the front of the store with no help. Never again
