Bath & Body Works is a store with hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion and shower gel to the world's best 3-wick candles. The Harrisonburg location is nice, well laid out, clean, and well stocked. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Some scents are nice, while others are described as strong. Many customers feel items are too expensive, though coupons and periodic sales like $10.50 candles make prices more acceptable. Popular items like specific lotions can sell out. Overall, it is a popular stop for treating oneself or finding a gift.
First time this location and I must say Melanie was the best. She even took the time to help me find a new fragrance!!!

Such a great part of the mall, took advantage of some of their fall sales today and the woman who greeted me (Angelina? Angelica? I can’t quite remember, I forgot to ask!) was so so helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning!
