“Your employees are always very good. But today at the Kaylor park, Harrisonburg location I have to express one employee that was just extraordinary. I unfortunately did not get her name. She was a younger black woman with short curly hair. As I said your employees are always very nice and cordial but this woman went above and beyond and helped me with a situation that could have been very stressful. She helped me replaced my debit card and put ahold on my account due to a breach. She has a desk as soon as you walk in right in the center. I hope she's recognized because she's really awesome.
