Kip Kathy and Isaac did an exceptional job. Kathy coordinated everything so it was hassle free on my end. Being a busy single parent I appreciated this immensely. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything over the phone while keeping me informed of the process. Kip went above and beyond. Most recently brought my 2017 Tacoma in after an automatic carwash damaged it less than 2 yrs after purchase but have taken other vehicles in the past. Have not had a bit of trouble with this company and have been very pleased with the work they have done and the level of professionalism they exhibit. Isaac worked with me through everything and kept me regularly updated on the repair status. The lady up front was sweet and very helpful. My truck looks great as did my Mustangs previously. Someone backed into the side of one in a parking lot and all pinstriping was replaced, not just the damaged side. so that both sides matched. Small things that really make a difference! I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so!

Seriously would not go anywhere else! They have worked on many of my vehicles from minor to major. Always in a more than timely fashion. Recently was hail damage to my truck and they had me in and out in a day. Known the family a long time and they are so awesome to work with!

Needed a collision repair facility ASAP & found auto body pro online. I was immediately engaged by Issac and staff from phone to actual quotes for repairs. They ordered everything & 1 week after dropping off my new Toyota truck I drove away. Top marks for honesty, hospitality, flexibility and helpfulness. On a cross-country trip, a semi lost a tire right in front of us, shredding the fascia on our bumper. Called from the road and Autobody Pro said to stop right in and they'd check to see if it should be removed or what. Friendly front counter staff and both mechanics got us on our way with a candid evaluation--it'll make it out West, but replace it--and a bunch of strategic zip ties. They refused to take any money. If you're in the Harrisonburg area, Autobody Pro ought to be a top choice for collision and bodywork. Just great folks to deal with.

HORRIBLE customer service. do not recommend waited months for an appointment, was told it would be done in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later they havent even touched / order half the parts and didn’t even think to give a phone call to let someone know. not to speak of the rude owner who caught attitude and was very disrespectful to everyone who has tried to talk to her about it, and not only told us to come get our vehicle and not come back because they aren’t going to fix it. thats no way to run a business, what so ever. -10/10 do not recommend wasted months on them!!Services: Body & Trim
