“Oh my god did Chris and Josue save us. When our car started to randomly shut down in the middle of driving 2 hours home, we stopped at this autozone 5 minutes before closing. The scanner wasn't finding anything wrong, but Josue knew it was probably a faulty battery based on experience. They certainly didn't have to help us when they were just closing the store, but Chris then went out of his way to make sure we knew what battery we had, which to replace it with, and then they both did the install themselves. They even took the time to sign us up for the rewards program, lol. They were so sweet and respectful the whole time, and it made the issue completely go away! Honestly I'm a lifetime customer now. Thank you SO MUCH!!”

So I had a to get a new battery, Everything that could go wrong was going wrong but he just kept a smile on his face and kept explaining to me and my daughter the whole way about the process. Dylan is the man, he was outside in this 90° plus weather for over an hour trying to get everything together. Now I'm back on the road thanks to Dylan will definitely recommend AutoZone”

“I needed to get new wipers for my wife's Prius. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. We looked up what kind of wipers I needed and then when I had trouble installing them (they needed one of the included adapters), he came out and put them on for me. So quick and easy.
