Dylan and Steve were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to when I brought in my 2016 Jetta for a clutch, flywheel, timing, and a few other things. Got my car back and she drives like an absolute dream. Will definitely come back.

We were stranded I 81 as a result of engine trouble traveling from Alabama to New Hampshire , it was close to the 4th of July weekend and every place I called could not or would not help me get back on the road again.But whe I called to Airey VW repair the staff were more than willing to move things around for meWas so thankful for the service I received it was more than I could have hoped for and without a delay we were back on the road againVery reasonable price and great customer service and careThanks again Airey VWService: Engine repair

Down right crooks. After scheduling an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early I was completely ignored for over an hour. After an unqualifed employee hooked up the diagnostic tool he tried to avoid me until I confronted him to tell me what was going on. They said my car had 6 error codes but they cleared them from my cars computer and said I needed to pay $50 for their "work" or they would not let me leave with my car. After years of using their services, they ripped me off and said it's because I no longer provided them discounts from my previous work company. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business.

DO NOT under any circumstances take your car here. I took my car here to have an oil leak fixed. They checked it out, replaced the oil drain plug and sent me on my way. When the car started leaking oil again I called them and was told I would have to replace the whole oil pan. I told them that was fine but that I would like the cost of the first fix to be deducted from the new total because I had paid for them to fix a problem that wasn't fixed. I was promptly told to take my car somewhere else and was hung up on.

For the past several years I have been taking four automobiles to Airey Volkswagen for routine service and repairs. Last year I started taking my two zero turn lawn mowers in to have the blades changed out. I drop off the mower and sharp blades. Sometimes they scrap underneath the deck clean or not depending on their moods. Then take off old blades and put new ones on with an air wrench. I have done this often myself. It is a seven minute job if you clean the deck. The first time they changed the blades it was $10 each mower. That is a great price. The second time it was $20 each, still a good price. Today it was $42.50 each. That was $85 for 14 minutes work. That is over $340 per hour! They did not even have a ticket made up. They just seemed to pull this figure out of the air. Now I wonder how many of my other services over the years have been grossly over priced. The running rate around town right now is $110-$I25 per hour for mechanics. I hope they enjoy the $85. I am out. I will find a new shop for my four vehicles.

Do NOT take your vehicle here!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! As a woman, I went with my boyfriend to drop off my car to have them find out why my engine light came on. The guy who was there said that my warranty is a scam, which I informed him it was not and I had proof of it that I gave him. He then kept asking me if I lived in Harrisonburg to follow a guy (because women cannot possibly have their own lives and dreams without a man) which was ABSOLUTELY inappropriate and uncalled for as I was just trying to tell him the problems I was experiencing with my vehicle. It then took them 7 HOURS to actually take a look at my car and even then they never called me, I had to keep calling them and they were SO RUDE! Then they wouldn't tell me over the phone what was wrong and I had to explicitly say over 5 times that I DO NOT want them to do work on my vehicle without their permission. Then once I came back to pick up my vehicle, they IGNORED me for 15 minutes as I stood in this disgusting and filthy garage that was definitely not up to code. I was SO uncomfortable! Then they refused to tell me what was wrong with my car and insisted I pay $40 in CASH! I refused and paid via card, however they never gave me a receipt or any documentation for what exactly I paid for. Then when I asked for documentation, the three guys that were in there looked at me like a piece of meat and told me to get out. Please please please NEVER NEVER go to this place. If I hadn't of come when I did I think that they would have stolen parts or done something highly illegal to my vehicle.
